Coenen is expected to face off against Australian standout Arlene “Angerfist” Blencowe in a featured featherweight matchup on the event’s televised main card.

Combat Press first reported on the planned bout on Friday. Coenen made a successful Bellator debut in October when she submitted Annalisa “No Fear” Bucci at Bellator 130. Blencowe also kicked off her Bellator career with a win when she stopped Adrienna “A.J.” Jenkins at Bellator 137 in May.

Saya Ito Defeats Yoshimi Hatayama At Battle Of Muay Thai 9WPMF Japan Women’s Pinweight Champion Saya Ito made a successful defence of her title on Sunday at The Battle of Muay Thai 9 in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. The 16-year-old “Muay Thai Genius” earned a clear-cut Unanimous Decision victory over challenger Yoshimi “443” Hatayama.

Ito shut down Hatayama’s offence with effective clinch work throughout the five-round title fight and she extended her winning streak to seven with the victory. The talented teen has set her sights on a securing a matchup with WPMF and WMC Women’s Pinweight World Champion Little Tiger.

Joanne Calderwood Defeats Cortney Casey At UFC Fight Night 72Competing in front of hometown fans and supporters, Scottish star Joanne “JoJo” Calderwood picked up a thrilling victory tonight at UFC Fight Night 72: “Bisping vs Leites” in Glasgow, Scotland. Calderwood defeated Cortney “Cast Iron” Casey-Sanchez, who took the fight on just ten days’ notice.
