Freedom Fight officials confirmed plans for the fight today. Létourneau has won three of her past four fights, but she is coming off of a narrow Split Decision loss to unbeaten prospect Claudia Gadelha in April. The Tuff-N-Uff 110-pound women’s championship will once again be up for grabs on September 2nd when amateur prospects Jordan McDonald and Jinh Yu face off at Tuff-N-Uff: “Festibrawl 3” in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tuff-N-Uff officials confirmed plans for the featured matchup earlier this week.
McDonald challenged for the title in her August 2011 promotional debut, but succumbed to a flying triangle choke from “Lightning” Liz McCarthy, who vacated the belt prior to her pro debut this past month. Yu will give up an experience edge to McDonald, but she is coming off of a win in October.

Seven of the eight participants in the 2012 Shoot Boxing Girls S-Cup have now been named. Three-time Girls S-Cup competitor “V.V” Mei Yamaguchi and Muay Thai champ Namtarn Por Munagpetch are the latest additions to the August 25th tournament, which takes place in Tokyo, Japan.
Also confirmed for the card this week was a non-tournament bantamweight matchup between J-Girls and two-division M-1 kickboxing champion Seira Aragaki and Rio Kamikaze. Aragaki earned a decision victory at Jewels “20th Ring” in July. Kamikaze was defeated by Ai Takahashi in June.
