Raul “El Niño Problema” Rosas Jr. vs Jay “The Joker” Perrin

Round 1:
Rosas Jr. initiated an early clinch and he slammed Perrin down despite Perrin grabbing the cage. Rosas Jr. took Perrin’s back and flattened him out. Rosas Jr. secured a body triangle and attempted a rear-naked choke, but Perrin broke his grip. Rosas Jr. adjusted his grip and locked on a neck crank, which forced Perrin to hastily tap out.

Winner: Raul Rosas Jr. by Submission (Neck Crank) at 2:44 of round one. He improves to 7-0-0.

 

Jairzinho “Bigi Boy” Rozenstruik vs Chris Daukaus

Round 1:
Rozenstruik hurt Daukaus with an early jab and jumped forward with a flying knee. He blasted Daukaus with hooks and uppercuts, then another knee, and Daukaus tried to circle away to his right. Rozenstruik lunged in with a lead left hook that sent Daukaus crashing to the mat and ended the brief fight.

Winner: Jairzinho Rozenstruik by KO (Punch) at 0:23 of round one. He improves to 13-4-0.

 

Edmen “The Golden Boy” Shahbazyan vs Dalcha “Champion” Lungiambula

Round 1:
Following a cautious opening minute, Shahbazyan landed a nice right cross and the fighters traded body kicks. Lungiambula landed a leg kick and grazed with a left cross. Shahbazyan countered a body kick with one of his own and Lungiambula shot in for a takedown. Shahbazyan stayed on his feet and he reversed the clinch against the cage. He landed a knee and backed away from the clinch. Lungiambula landed a leg kick and then one to the body. He lunged forward with a left hook and blocked a Shahbazyan head kick. Close round. 10-9 Shahbazyan.

Round 2:
Shahbazyan landed a hard right cross early in the second round. Time was called when Shahbazyan was punched in the groin. Action resumed after a minute and Lungiambula landed a leg kick. He clinched in search of a takedown and landed a knee, but Shahbazyan answered with a knee of his own as the fighters separated. He followed with two body kicks while circling to his left. The fighters exchanged kicks and Shahbazyan went high with a head kick. Lungiambula blocked it, but Shahbazyan hurt him with a flying knee and then swarmed on him with punches. Lungiambula fell to his knees and then face-first to the mat. Shahbazyan continued to land punches as a dazed Lungiambula got to his knees again and the fight was stopped.

Winner: Edmen Shahbazyan by TKO (Flying Knee & Punches) at 4:41 of round two. He improves to 12-3-0.

 

Chris “The Action Man” Curtis vs Joaquin “New Mansa” Buckley

Round 1:
Buckley kicked at Curtis’s leg and body in the opening minute and Curtis landed a hard jab in response. He scored with a one-two and Buckley landed another leg kick. A big left hook scored for Curtis, but Buckley was unfazed and he charged at Curtis with two-punch combos. Time was called when Buckley was kicked in the groin. The fight resumed and Curtis blocked a head kick. Both men landed long jabs and Buckley flurried to Curtis’s body. He landed a leg kick and a left hook. Buckley finished a combination with a knee and then landed two more hooks to Curtis’s body late in the round. 10-9 Buckley.

Round 2:
Early in round two, Buckley landed a three-punch combination and he continued to outstrike Curtis. Buckley used two lead right hooks to set up a combination to the body and he backed Curtis up with a left hook. Buckley landed a hard right-left combo, but he made a mistake by throwing a head kick and Curtis floored him with a counter left hook. Curtis followed up with punches and hammerfists on the ground that knocked Buckley out and ended the fight.

Winner: Chris Curtis by KO (Punches) at 2:49 of round two. He improves to 30-9-0.

 

Billy Quarantillo vs Alexander “The Great” Hernandez

Round 1:
After an exchange of jabs, Hernandez landed two hard right hands and Quarantillo answered with a leg kick. Hernandez took him down and Quarantillo stood back up against the cage. The fighters traded punches after separating and Quarantillo cut Hernandez below his left eye with a jab. Hernandez took Quarantillo down and attempted an arm-triangle choke from the top. He let it go and landed an elbow above Quarantillo’s left eye that opened a bad cut. Quarantillo got to his feet and threw looping hooks before the bell. 10-9 Hernandez.

Round 2:
Quarantillo slipped while throwing a jumping kick and Hernandez took partial back control on the ground as he punched the side of Quarantillo’s head. Quarantillo stood up and he fought off Hernandez’s takedown attempts. He landed a knee to Hernandez’s body and a combination. Hernandez backed up and Quarantillo swarmed on him with punches. He took Hernandez down and landed left hands as Hernandez got back to his feet. Quarantillo battered him with punches and mixed in three knees to the body. A final series of punches from Quarantillo prompted referee Chris Tognoni to stop the fight.

Winner: Billy Quarantillo by TKO (Knees To The Body & Punches) at 4:30 of round two. He improves to 17-4-0.

 

“Downtown” T.J. Brown vs Erik “The King” Silva

Round 1:
Brown stunned Silva with a right hook immediately and Silva held Brown in a standing headlock while he recovered. Brown freed his neck and pushed Silva down to the mat. Silva tried to get to his feet and Brown took partial back control, but Silva shook him off. Brown landed right hands to the side of Silva’s head as the fighters stood up, but Silva took Brown down. Brown countered with a heel hook from the bottom and he used it to get back to his feet. Brown landed elbows in the clinch and Silva tried to take his back for a rear-naked choke. Brown spun out of it and both men landed punches. The round ended with another exchange of power right hands. 10-9 Brown.

Round 2:
Brown landed another hard right hook to begin round two and Silva answered with a body kick. He countered a second right hand from Brown with a takedown into his guard. Brown powered out from the bottom and he tried to take Silva’s back as Silva sat up against the cage. Brown peppered him with punches and hunted for a rear-naked choke. In the final 45 seconds, Brown sunk in both hooks and he worked for a rear-naked choke until the end of the round. 10-9 Brown.

Round 3:
The final round began with Brown landing a right hand and a knee. He took Silva down and worked from Silva’s half-guard. Silva got back to full guard and Brown elbowed him from the top. He cut Silva below his left eye and almost passed to mount. Silva retained half-guard, but Brown attacked with an arm-triangle choke and he passed to side control. The choke was tight and Silva tapped out.

Winner: T.J. Brown by Submission (Arm-Triangle Choke) at 3:41 of round three. He improves to 17-9-0.

 

Cameron Saaiman vs Steven “Obi Wan Shinobi” Koslow

Round 1:
Koslow countered early jabs from Saaiman with a takedown and he passed to half-guard. Saaiman tried to secure rubber guard from the bottom and Kowlow moved to mount. Saaiman swept into top position and Koslow immediately trapped him in rubber guard. Saaiman escaped momentarily and landed two elbows from the top before Koslow tied him up in rubber guard again. Saaiman broke free again and attacked with a guillotine choke during a scramble, but Koslow pulled his head out. Saaiman took his back and Koslow shook him off. Koslow briefly held mount and Saaiman swept again. The round ended with Saaiman on top in Koslow’s guard. 10-9 Koslow by a slim margin.

Round 2:
After a quick takedown, Koslow locked on a guillotine choke and Saaiman worked his way free. The fighters stood and Koslow countered two knees from Saaiman with a takedown. A scramble ensued and Saaiman countered a Koslow leg submission attempt with some hard left hands from the top after reversing position. Saaiman took Koslow’s back and he punched until Koslow powered out and stood up. He dropped levels for a takedown and had both knees down as Saaiman landed an illegal knee to his face. Referee Chris Tognoni did not intervene right away, but time was called after Saaiman himself stopped fighting as Koslow covered up on the ground. Saaiman was docked one point and action eventually resumed on the feet. Saaiman stuffed a takedown and threw two head kicks. 9-9.

Round 3:
Saaiman threw a spinning back kick early in the final round and Koslow shot in for a takedown. Saaiman reversed it and he avoided a leglock attempt from Koslow on the ground. Saaiman took Koslow’s back and landed two punches before Koslow turned over and got to his knees. He muscled Saaiman down and worked from Saiiman’s half-guard. Saaiman swept from the bottom and he took Koslow’s back once more. Saaiman landed hard punches to the sides of Koslow’s head, then allowed Koslow to stand and blasted him with a barrage of punches and knees. Koslow wilted under the pressure and Saaiman landed more punches and knees until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Cameron Saaiman by TKO (Punches & Knees) at 4:13 of round three. He improves to 7-0-0.
