Carmouche punched furiously until the round came to a close. 10-8 Carmouche.

  1. Great card.
    Awesome comeback by Coenen.
Nice coming out party for Liz.
Liz vs Sarah should happen now.

  2. Great card. In my humble opinion, there is no way Liz won any rounds by 10-8: Marloes won the stand-up fight in all rounds and was actually causing more damage on the clinch / fence. And, while she was being ground’n’pounded, she was still defending herself.
Marloes has great stand-up and great jiu-jitsu, but she is not an aggressive fighter, and usually can’t keep the fight at a distance or standing, nor she can maintain herself on top of her opponent on the ground.
So, I think she needs to work a bit on her wrestling and aggressiveness for her forthcoming fights. Otherwise, people like Miesha will give her trouble again.
