Neil “The Haitian Sensation” Magny vs Philip “The Fresh Prince” Rowe

Round 1:
The fighters battled back and forth in a prolonged clinch against the cage during the first round. Magny peppered Rowe with short left hands and Rowe landed a right cross after the fighters were separated. Rowe lunged forward with a left hook and Magny clinched once more. Elbows were exchanged just before the bell. 10-9 Rowe, just barely.

Round 2:
Rowe backed Magny up with a jab and he jumped on Magny’s back. Magny tried to shake him off, but Rowe’s body triangle kept him in place. He let it go and briefly tripped Magny to the mat. Magny stood and he landed a one-two as Rowe circled away to his right. Magny closed out the round with four knees in a clinch. 10-9 Magny.

Round 3:
Magny pressed forward with jabs and an overhand right. He landed more jabs and tried to sweep out Rowe’s leg. Rowe clinched until Magny pushed him away. He held Rowe in a front headlock and landed two knees on the break. Rowe connected with an uppercut and Magny landed one more knee. The fighters traded strikes in a final clinch and Magny tried unsuccessfully for a takedown. Close final round. 10-9 Magny.

Winner: Neil Magny by Split Decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29) after three rounds. He improves to 28-10-0.

 

Randy “Rude Boy” Brown vs Wellington Turman

Round 1:
Brown jabbed and Turman threw leg kicks from a distance. This continued and Turman attacked Brown’s lead leg. Time was called when Turman was poked in the eye. The fight resumed and Turman chopped away at Brown’s leg. Turman clinched and Brown reversed it against the cage. Another timeout was called when Turman was kneed in the groin. Action continued and the fighters traded leg kicks. Turman landed a right hook late in the round and Brown took him down. Back-and-forth round. 10-9 Brown by a narrow margin.

Round 2:
After landing leg kicks, Turman clinched with Brown and worked for a takedown against the cage. Brown reversed position and he kneed Turman’s body. Turman eventually tripped Brown to a knee, but Brown stood and Turman held him against the fence. Brown then tripped Turman and took his back on the way up. He hunted for a standing rear-naked choke before the bell. 10-9 Brown.

Round 3:
Turman punched his way into a clinch, but it lead to nothing and he backed away. Brown jabbed and landed a body kick, then closed in with a hard flurry of punches. Turman clinched and he bloodied Brown’s nose with an elbow. Brown pushed him away, but Turman clinched and landed one more elbow. In the final seconds, he landed a spinning back kick to the body. 10-9 Turman.

Winner: Randy Brown by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 17-5-0.

 

Mateusz “Chińczyk” Rębecki vs Loik “Jaguar Paw” Radzhabov

Round 1:
Rębecki scored with leg kicks in the opening minute and he continued to target Radzhabov’s lead leg. Radzhabov clinched and he landed a quick combination in close. Rębecki snapped his head back with a jab and then dumped Radzhabov to the mat. He passed to side control, but Radzhabov worked back to his feet. Rębecki swept out Radzhabov’s leg with a kick and then retook side control on the ground. He tried to set up a straight armbar from the top and Radzhabov defended. 10-9 Rębecki.

Round 2:
Rębecki backed Radzhabov up with leg kicks and then followed with punches to Radzhabov’s body. Radzhabov stayed against the cage and Rębecki attacked his other leg. Rębecki landed one more hard leg kick and then dropped Radzhabov with an overhand left, which led to the fight being stopped.

Winner: Mateusz Rębecki by TKO (Leg Kick & Punch) at 2:36 of round two. He improves to 18-1-0.

 

Tabatha “Baby Shark” Ricci vs Gillian “The Savage” Robertson

Round 1:
Ricci fought off a takedown attempt from Robertson and promptly took her down. Robertson kicked Ricci off and got back to her feet. Leg kicks were exchanged and Ricci took Robertson down. Robertson stood once more and Ricci landed an overhand right. She jabbed and landed another straight right late in the round. 10-9 Ricci.

Round 2:
Ricci landed a step-in uppercut and continued to be effective with jabs in the second round. She landed a quick jab-cross combo and Robertson struggled to connect with anything significant. Ricci took her down and Robertson landed a right hook after returning to her feet. She bloodied Ricci’s nose with jabs, but Ricci answered with more of her own while darting in and out. Closer round, but still 10-9 Ricci.

Round 3:
In the final round, Ricci jabbed and landed a body kick, but Robertson finally took her down. Ricci scrambled up to her feet and landed a left hook. A hard jab landed for Ricci and she fired off a rapid-fire combination. Ricci continued to jab and she prevented Robertson from clinching. 10-9 Ricci.

Winner: Tabatha Ricci by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. She improves to 9-1-0.

 

Joshua “The Fearless” Van vs Zhalgas Zhumagulov

Round 1:
Zhumagulov attacked the body early on with front kicks and right hooks. Van used his jab to set up an overhand right that landed. Zhumagulov clinched with him against the cage and Van broke free with a knee to the body. Zhumagulov scored a brief takedown and he got Van down a second time. Van stood and both men landed jabs. 10-9 Zhumagulov.

Round 2:
Van landed two leg kicks to begin round two and Zhumagulov responded with one of his own. Van landed a right cross and a long jab, then a quick one-two. Van stayed aggressive with punches and a head kick, then hurt Zhumagulov with a barrage of punches to the body. Zhumagulov weathered the storm and Van walked him down. He landed a right hook and both men scored with punching combinations late in the round. 10-9 Van.

Round 3:
Jabs were exchanged in the final round and Van opened a cut on the bridge of Zhumagulov’s nose. Time was briefly called when the fighters clashed heads and Van resumed his march forward after the restart. Zhumagulov had some success with counter left hooks, but Van jabbed and mixed in inside-leg kicks. He scored with a right hook in the final minute and then another one shortly before the bell. 10-9 Van.

Winner: Joshua Van by Split Decision (29-28, 29-28, 28-29) after three rounds. He improves to 8-1-0.

 

Jose “Chepe” Mariscal vs Trevor Peek

Round 1:
Peek landed a hard body kick early in the fight and closed in with a knee, but Mariscal threw him to the ground and landed punches as the fighters stood up. Mariscal backed Peek up with a knee, but Peek threw a head kick and Mariscal took him down into back control. He locked on a rear-naked choke, but Peek managed to break his grip. The fighters stood and time was called when Mariscal was punched in the groin. Action resumed and Mariscal landed counter hooks as Peek rushed forward. Peek landed a head kick and a backfist, but Mariscal slammed him down into mount. Peek got back to half-guard and stood before the bell. 10-9 Mariscal.

Round 2:
Mariscal used a body-lock takedown to get Peek down into half-guard. Peek worked back to his feet and fired off looping hooks to the body. Mariscal dropped him with a leg kick and followed with punches from the top. Peek scrambled up to his feet and right hands were exchanged in the final seconds. 10-9 Mariscal.

Round 3:
Peek landed a big left hook early in the final round, but Mariscal took his back and held him against the cage. Peek broke free and threw wild uppercuts until Mariscal cracked him with a pair of overhand rights. Peek missed with a head kick and Mariscal scored with a hard one-two. He landed more punches and a step-in elbow as a fatigued Peek walked forward with his hands down. Mariscal landed a front kick to Peek’s face and Peek charged at him with punches. He landed three hooks and Mariscal clinched. Late in the round, Mariscal landed a front kick to Peek’s face and a hard punching combination. 10-9 Mariscal.

Winner: Jose Mariscal by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. He improves to 14-6-0, 1 NC.

 

“Phar” Jack Jenkins vs Jamall “Prettyboy” Emmers

Round 1:
Jenkins landed two hard leg kicks early in the fight. Emmers finished a combination with a front kick to the body and he followed with another flurry of punches. Jenkins landed a body kick and then a calf kick. He scored with a lead left hook and continued to attack with leg and body kicks. Emmers answered with a combination and time was called when he kicked Jenkins in the groin. The fight resumed and the round came to an end with both fighters landing strikes. Close round. 10-9 Jenkins.

Round 2:
The second round began with Jenkins landing two calf kicks. Emmers responded with a combination and he countered a leg kick with a spinning backfist. Both men landed leg kicks and Emmers attempted a head kick. He flurried with punches to the body and Jenkins landed one more leg kick. Emmers switched stances and landed a nice left cross. He followed with a right hand and a spinning back forearm. Jenkins took Emmers down, but Emmers swept and closed out the round on top. 10-9 Emmers.

Round 3:
Emmers took Jenkins down early in the final round and he landed punches from three-quarter mount. Emmers almost secured a rear-naked choke in a scramble, but Jenkins spun free and he got to a knee against the cage. The fighters stood and Emmers secured a headlock, but Jenkins muscled him down to the mat. Emmers reversed position and worked from Jenkins’s full guard. Jenkins elbowed from the bottom until the end of the round. 10-9 Emmers.

Winner: Jack Jenkins by Split Decision (29-28, 29-28, 27-30) after three rounds. He improves to 12-2-0.

 

Sedriques “The Reaper” Dumas vs Cody Brundage

Round 1:
Brundage immediately took Dumas down and tried to pull guard with a guillotine choke. Dumas escaped and landed a few short elbows from the top. Brundage held on from the bottom, but Dumas eventually landed two more elbows and he stayed just busy enough to avoid being stood up. Brundage postured for a keylock from the bottom and Dumas used the opportunity to pass to side control. Brundage swept from the top and then pulled guard with another guillotine choke that failed. Dumas landed three more elbows from the top before the bell. 10-9 Dumas.

Round 2:
Dumas sprawled out of a Brundage takedown attempt and took his back. He eventually tried to secure a rear-naked choke and Brundage spun to his left. Dumas retook back control and attempted another rear-naked choke. 10-9 Dumas.

Round 3:
Brundage landed a right hook and shot in for a takedown. He got Dumas down and looked to set up a guillotine choke from the top. Dumas stood and Brundage jumped guard with a guillotine choke. It was tighter than the ones in the first round, but Dumas still escaped. Brundage threw up his legs and attempted a keylock, which Dumas easily defended and he maintained top position while landing occasional strikes. Much closer round. 10-9 Dumas by a slim margin.

Winner: Sedriques Dumas by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 8-1-0.
