Brandon “The Assassin Baby” Moreno vs Brandon “Raw Dawg” Royval

Round 1:
Quick strikes were exchanged right away and Royval landed a hard right hand. Moreno took him down and Royval briefly looked for a guillotine choke before working back up to his feet. Both fighters landed leg kicks and Royval followed with a step-in knee. Moreno countered a spinning back elbow by taking Royval’s back and pulling him down to the ground. Moreno worked for a rear-naked choke and then switched to a tight neck crank. Royval appeared to be about to tap, but he managed to break Moreno’s grip and escaped from the hold. Royval leaned forward and he tried to set up a kneebar. Moreno escaped once and Royval tried again for another kneebar. Moreno escaped into side control and he pulled down on Royval’s right arm while throwing hammerfists to Royval’s face. Royval tried to roll to his side, but his right shoulder separated in the process. Moreno continued to land hammerfists and the fight was stopped, with Royval in great pain.

Winner: Brandon Moreno by TKO (Punches) at 4:59 of round one. He improves to 18-5-1.

 

Joaquin “New Mansa” Buckley vs Jordan “The Beverly Hills Ninja” Wright

Round 1:
Buckley held Wright against the cage in the opening minute and he threw hammerfists to Wright’s thigh until Wright broke free. Buckley missed with looping hooks and followed with a head kick that was blocked. He clinched again and Wright landed knees to the body in response. Buckley broke free with two elbows and the fighters exchanged two-punch combos. Wright threw two head kicks and Buckley responded with a hard right hook. Wright landed a knee as Buckley leaned forward and he followed with another one. Buckley rocked him with big punches over the top and he dropped Wright with a right hook to the temple. Buckley attempted a guillotine choke on the ground, but time expired. 10-9 Buckley.

Round 2:
Buckley pressed forward early in round two and he landed a hard left hand. Wright retreated to the cage and Buckley landed a left-right combo that collapsed Wright against the base of the cage and ended the fight.

Winner: Joaquin Buckley by KO (Punches) at 0:18 of round two. He improves to 12-3-0.

 

Antonina “Pantera” Shevchenko vs Ariane “Queen of Violence” Lipski

Round 1:
Shevchenko opened the fight with a straight left hand and Lipski cracked her with a counter right hook. Shevchenko backed Lipski up against the cage, but Lipski reversed and she tried to drag Shevchenko down to the mat. Shevchenko defended on the way down and the fighters returned to their feet. Shevchenko took Lipski down with a headlock throw, but she gave up her back and Lipski hunted for a rear-naked choke. Shevchenko turned to her right and she managed to spin into Lipski’s half-guard. From the top, Shevchenko landed short left hands as she held Lipski down against the base of the cage. Lipski was unable to escape to her feet and Shevchenko landed more short punches until the bell. 10-9 Shevchenko.

Round 2:
Lipski landed a hard right hand to begin the second round and Shevchenko immediately took her down into North-South position. Lipski scrambled and got back to half-guard, but Shevchenko landed short elbows and she passed to side control. Shevchenko landed a series of left hands and she tried to take Lipski’s back. Lipski was unable to escape to her feet and Shevchenko pulled her backward and struck from the top in side control again. Lipski gave up her back for a second time and she covered up as Shevchenko landed left and right hands from back control until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Antonina Shevchenko by TKO (Punches) at 4:33 of round two. She improves to 9-2-0.

 

Nicolas “Lokomotivo” Dalby vs Daniel “D-Rod” Rodriguez

Round 1:
The fight began with an exchange of leg kicks and the fighters continued to trade single strikes until Dalby stunned Rodriguez with a right hook. Rodriguez recovered, but Dalby landed a hard leg kick and he kept Rodriguez guessing by frequently switching stances. Dalby struck from a distance with overhand rights and more leg kicks as the round progressed. Rodriguez responded with lunging one-twos, but Dalby remained effective with leg and body kicks. Late in the round, Rodriguez cornered Dalby against the cage and landed combinations that forced Dalby to circle away to his right. Rodriguez pursued him and the round ended with both men landing hooks. 10-9 Dalby.

Round 2:
Rodriguez punched his way into a clinch in the second round and he held Dalby against the fence. Dalby broke free and both men landed right hooks. Dalby clinched and he tried to sweep out Rodriguez’s left leg, but Rodriguez maintained his balance. After separating, both men landed leg kicks and Rodriguez mixed in jab-cross combos. Dalby’s face swelled up from the punches, but he remained active with leg and body kicks. Dalby drove forward and tried for a takedown late in the round, but Rodriguez stayed on his feet. 10-9 Rodriguez by a slim margin.

Round 3:
Rodriguez fought off a takedown attempt early in round three and he jabbed from a distance after breaking free. Dalby began to mix things up with kick-punch combos and he tried two more times to take Rodriguez down. Rodriguez circled away and both men landed combinations. Dalby walked Rodriguez down with power punches, but Rodriguez wobbled him with a counter left hook. Dalby recovered quickly and the fight ended with an exchange of kicks. Another competitive round. 10-9 Dalby.

Winner: Nicolas Dalby by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 19-3-1, 2 NC.

 

Alan “Brahma” Jouban vs Jared “Nite Train” Gooden

Round 1:
Gooden stepped forward with lead left hooks to begin the fight and Jouban responded with a body kick. He sidestepped Gooden’s power punches and scored with jabs and straight left hands. Gooden landed a right hand to Jouban’s right eye and Jouban fired back with kicks to Gooden’s head and liver. Jouban kept Gooden at bay with lead right hooks and another liver kick as he circled to his right. Two more body kicks scored for Jouban and Gooden answered with right hands to Jouban’s damaged eye. Jouban landed one more body kick and the round ended with an exchange of left hooks. 10-9 Jouban.

Round 2:
Gooden mixed up his strikes with jabs, right hooks and a body kick in round two. He stunned Jouban with a one-two and followed with more punches. Jouban recovered and he hurt Gooden with a left hook. Gooden retreated and Jouban landed a head kick and more punches. Gooden recovered, but Jouban kept the pressure on and he hurt him a second time with another left hook and a series of follow-up punches. He knocked Gooden off-balance with a lead right hook to the temple and followed with a body kick. Jouban remained the aggressor with another punching combination, but Gooden took Jouban’s back and he landed a knee before the bell. 10-9 Jouban.

Round 3:
Both men landed body kicks and left hooks early in the final round and Gooden followed with an overhand right. Jouban’s right eye nearly swelled shut, but he fired back with two body kicks. The fighters clinched and time was called when Jouban was kneed in the groin. Action continued and Jouban landed a hard kick to the body. Gooden countered with a combination and a jumping knee. Jouban landed two uppercuts in close and attempted a knee, but he lost his balance and fell. After scrambling up to his feet, Jouban landed a three-punch combo and he followed with a head kick that was blocked. Gooden shot in for a takedown and Jouban countered with an arm-in guillotine choke. With mere seconds to go, Jouban tightened the choke and rolled over into mount position, but Gooden narrowly survived until the bell. 10-9 Jouban.

Winner: Alan Jouban by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. He improves to 17-7-0.

 

Kyle Daukaus vs Dustin Stoltzfus

Round 1:
After an exchange of leg kicks, Daukaus landed an overhand left and he initiated a clinch against the cage. Stoltzfus countered with knees to the body and he prevented Daukaus from taking him down. Stoltzfus reversed the clinch, but Daukaus swept out his leg and tripped him to the mat. He postured up with an elbow and Stoltzfus countered with a triangle choke attempt from the bottom. A scramble followed and Stoltzfus attempted a heel hook. He nearly took Daukaus’s back and the round ended with Stoltzfus on top. Close opening round. 10-9 Daukaus.

Round 2:
The second round began with both men landing hard punches and time was called when Stoltzfus was kicked in the groin. Action continued and Daukaus landed a five-punch flurry following a brief clinch. Stoltzfus closed the distance and Daukaus held him against the fence. Stoltzfus tied up Daukaus’s arms and prevented him from doing much damage in the clinch. Daukaus punched to the body as the round entered its final minute and Stoltzfus responded with a knee. The fighters separated and both men landed straight lefts late in the round. 10-9 Daukaus.

Round 3:
Daukaus scored with punches and knees to the body after initiating a clinch with Stoltzfus in the final round. He landed more knees and elbows until Stoltzfus shot in for a desperation takedown. Daukaus stuffed it and he backed Stoltzfus up to the cage before landing more short left hands. Stoltzfus dropped down for a leglock attempt and Daukaus spun free before punching from the top. The fight returned to the feet and Daukaus swept out Stoltzfus’s leg. Stoltzfus fell to his knees and Daukaus attacked with left hands. As Stoltzfus rose to his feet, Daukaus landed punches to the body and head. He countered a late shot attempt from Stoltzfus with a power guillotine choke, but Stoltzfus broke free before the bell. 10-9 Daukaus.

Winner: Kyle Daukaus by Unanimous Decision (30-26, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. He improves to 10-1-0.

 

Sasha Palatnikov vs Louis “The Monster” Cosce

Round 1:
Cosce lunged forward with punches early on and the fighters traded leg kicks until Palatnikov shot in for a takedown. He got Cosce down, but Cosce countered with a guillotine choke. Palatnikov escaped, but Cosce got to his knees and he blasted Palatnikov with heavy right hands as the fighters returned to their feet. Cosce continued to chase after Palatnikov with punches and he dropped him against the cage. Palatnikov appeared to be in trouble as he turned his back, but Cosce was unable to finish him with ground and pound and Palatnikov battled back to his feet. A fatigued Cosce slowed way down as the round progressed and Palatnikov scored with combinations of punches and elbows. He got the better of the exchanges until the final minute when Cosce connected with a hard flurry. Palatnikov landed a huge spinning backfist with ten seconds to go and Cosce shot in for a takedown. 10-9 Cosce.

Round 2:
An exhausted Cosce shot for a sloppy takedown attempt to begin round two and Palatnikov punished him with right hands to the face. Back on the feet, Palatnikov landed a combination and the fighters traded punches until Palatnikov scored with a spinning back elbow. Time was called when Palatnikov was struck in the groin. Action continued and Palatnikov landed quick punches and a knee to the body. A clinch followed and Palatnikov was warned for grabbing the cage. The fighters traded power punches and Palatnikov closed out the round with a spinning back elbow and a jumping knee. 10-9 Palatnikov.

Round 3:
Palatnikov stuffed a takedown attempt early in the final round and he grabbed the cage again during a clinch. Time was called and he was warned once more, but no points were taken. The fighters returned to the clinch and both men landed knees to the body. Palatnikov followed with a knee to Cosce’s face and he sprawled to defend as Cosce dropped levels for a takedown. The fighters rose to their feet and exchanged knees. Time was called when Palatnikov was kneed in the groin. He stayed down for several minutes, but the fight continued and Palatnikov hurt Cosce with a right hook. Cosce dove at Palatnikov’s ankles and he covered up as Palatnikov landed non-stop left and right hands until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Sasha Palatnikov by TKO (Punches) at 2:27 of round three. He improves to 6-2-0.
