On Saturday night, Amber “The Apex Predator” Stautzenberger picked up the biggest win of her career at Xtreme Knockout 20 in Arlington, Texas. Stautzenberger took a commanding Unanimous Decision win over veteran contender Lacey “The Ladie” Schuckman in a 119-pound catchweight bout.
At MMA Super Heroes 2 in São Paulo, Brazil, Kalindra Faria won another championship title by stopping Hellen Bastos. On the same card, Carina “Barbie” Damm earned a quick TKO win. At Deep: “Cage Impact 2013” in Tokyo, Japan, Shizuka Sugiyama and Ji Yun Kim fought to a Majority Draw.

An injury has forced bantamweight veteran Kelly “Blood Red” Kobold out of her planned fight at Invicta Fighting Championships 7 on December 7th in Kansas City, Missouri. In Kobold’s place, Sarah “The Monster” D’Alelio has stepped in to face off against Tonya “Triple Threat” Evinger on the card.
The change was first announced on Inside MMA tonight. D’Alelio is coming off of a close loss to Lauren Murphy at Invicta FC 6 in July. She had won three of her past four fights prior to the setback. Evinger recently competed on TUF 18 and brings a three-fight winning streak into her Invicta FC debut.

For the second time this season, weight issues resulted in a cancelled fight during tonight’s 12th episode of The Ultimate Fighter 18: “Team Rousey vs Team Tate.” Davey Grant received a bye to the final round when teammate Anthony “Sharkbait” Gutierrez failed to make the 135-pound weight limit.
Gutierrez had himself received a bye to the semi-finals when his opponent, Cody Bollinger, was also unable to make weight. Like Bollinger, Gutierrez was exiled from the show. The semi-final round wraps up next Wednesday when Raquel “Rocky” Pennington faces Jessica “The Ragin'” Rakoczy.

Teen prodigy Mizuki Inoue looks to add another championship title to her collection when she returns to action at Deep Jewels 3 on February 16th in Tokyo, Japan. Inoue takes on fellow tournament finalist Emi Tomimatsu to determine the inaugural Deep Jewels Lightweight Champion at 114 pounds.
Deep Jewels officials confirmed the planned event date this past weekend. Inoue advanced to the tournament championship final by defeating veteran contender Emi “Kamikaze Angel” Fujino at Deep Jewels 2. On the same card, Tomimatsu avenged a loss and upset Mika “Future Princess” Nagano.
