Michał “Hussar” Oleksiejczuk vs “Smile’n” Sam Alvey

Round 1:
Power punches were exchanged right away and both men landed left hooks. Oleksiejczuk closed the distance as Alvey circled against the cage. He dropped Alvey with a left hook and followed with more punches on the ground. Alvey survived and Oleksiejczuk moved to a top-side crucifix. Alvey got to his knees and turtled as Oleksiejczuk landed more left hands. Bleeding heavily from his mouth, Alvey got back to his feet. Oleksiejczuk floored him with an overhand left and referee Herb Dean stopped the fight.

Winner: Michał Oleksiejczuk by TKO (Punch) at 1:56 of round one. He improves to 17-5-0, 1 NC.

 

Bryan “Pooh Bear” Battle vs Takashi “Ten” Sato

Round 1:
Battle began the fight with two kicks to Sato’s upper body that were blocked. Seconds later, he landed a devastating head kick that sent Sato crashing to the mat and ended the fight.

Winner: Bryan Battle by KO (Head Kick) at 0:44 of round one. He improves to 8-1-0.

 

Cory “Poppins” McKenna vs Miranda “Danger” Granger

Round 1:
Granger landed an early leg kick and McKenna fired back with a combination. Granger reversed a clinch and held McKenna against the cage. McKenna turned her around and worked for a double-leg takedown. She got Granger down and Granger worked back to her feet. McKenna took her down again and struck from the top in Granger’s guard. This continued all the way until the final seconds when McKenna passed to side control. She locked on an arm-triangle choke, but Granger made it to the bell. 10-9 McKenna.

Round 2:
McKenna wasted no time in picking Granger up and slamming her down into side control. She quickly secured a shoulder choke and Granger hastily tapped out.

Winner: Cory McKenna by Submission (Shoulder Choke) at 1:03 of round two. She improves to 7-2-0.

 

Mayra “Sheetara” Bueno Silva vs Stephanie Egger

Round 1:
The fight opened with an exchange of calf kicks and Bueno Silva threw a front kick to Egger’s face. She took Egger’s back and pulled her down to the ground, but Egger turned into Bueno Silva’s guard and she landed two elbows from the top. Bueno Silva locked on an armbar from the bottom and extended Egger’s arm. She released the armbar within seconds and indicated that she had felt Egger tap. Referee Chris Tognoni did not see the tap because it was hidden between Bueno Silva’s leg and the cage. Instant replay was called and it was confirmed that Egger had tapped.

Winner: Mayra Bueno Silva by Submission (Armbar) at 1:17 of round one. She improves to 9-2-1.
