Kikuyo Ishikawa vs Amber Brown Announced For Pancrase 250An atomweight bout between former Jewels title contender Kikuyo Ishikawa and Amber “The Bully” Brown has been added to Pancrase 250, which is scheduled to take place on July 28th in Tokyo, Japan. Pancrase officials announced plans for the featured 105-pound matchup earlier today.

Ishikawa is unbeaten inside the Pancrase ring. She most recently stopped Miyoko Kusaka in a rematch on April 21st. Her lone loss in her past eight fights came via Split Decision against ex-Jewels champ Naho “Sugi Rock” Sugiyama. Brown debuted for Pancrase in May and now drops to 105.

Road To Invicta Fighting Championships 6: Ayaka HamasakiOn July 13th, Jewels champion Ayaka Hamasaki travels back to Kansas City, Missouri for her second fight under the Invicta Fighting Championships banner. Her opponent has recently changed and she is now set to face off against BJJ black belt Claudia Gadelha in the Invicta FC 6 co-main event.

Hamasaki was scheduled to challenge Invicta FC Strawweight Champion Carla Esparza on next month’s card, but an Esparza knee injury resulted in a change of plans. Despite this, Hamasaki’s goal remains the same and she hopes to fight her way to the title by defeating Gadelha in four weeks.

Joanne Calderwood Now To Face Sarah Schneider At Invicta FC 6Unbeaten Scottish striker Joanne “JoJo” Calderwood once again has an opponent for her featured fight at Invicta Fighting Championships 6 on July 13th in Kansas City, Missouri. Calderwood will now face fellow two-time Invicta FC veteran Sarah “White Tiger” Schneider in a strawweight bout.
