Makwan “Mr. Finland” Amirkhani vs Mike Grundy

Round 1:
Grundy immediately shot in for a takedown, but Amirkhani trapped him in a Brabo choke as the fighters hit the ground. Grundy initially held on and tried to escape, but Amirkhani adjusted his grip and further tightened the choke. He used his legs to trap Grundy in place so that he could not spin free, and Grundy was soon rendered unconscious.

Winner: Makwan Amirkhani by Technical Submission (Brabo Choke) at 0:57 of round one. He improves to 17-7-0.

 

Sergei Pavlovich vs Shamil “Abrek” Abdurakhimov

Round 1:
Abdurakhimov landed an early right hook and he scored with two leg kicks, but Pavlovich responded with a hard flurry of hooks and uppercuts. Another uppercut and a knee scored for Pavlovich, who fought off a clinch attempt from Abdurakhimov. After a moment of inactivity from both fighters, Pavlovich dropped Abdurakhimov with an uppercut. He dove in with punches and hammerfists on the ground as a kneeling Abdurakhimov covered up. Pavlovich continued to land strikes until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Sergei Pavlovich by TKO (Punches) at 4:03 of round one. He improves to 15-1-0.

 

Paul “Bearjew” Craig vs Nikita “The Miner” Krylov

Round 1:
Craig latched on to Krylov’s neck and pulled him down to the mat, but Krylov dropped elbows from top position in Craig’s guard. Krylov looked to be trying to set up an Ezekiel Choke from the top, then he postured up with big punches that appeared to knocked Craig out momentarily. Craig was woken back up by another punch and he got back to guard again. Once more, Krylov postured up with right hooks. Seconds later, Craig threw up his legs and trapped Krylov in a tight triangle choke. Krylov tried in vain to escape, but he could not and quickly tapped out.

Winner: Paul Craig by Submission (Triangle Choke) at 3:57 of round one. He improves to 16-4-1.

 

Jack “Tank” Shore vs “Lucky” Timur Valiev

Round 1:
The fighters traded leg kicks early on and Valiev landed an overhand right. Shore threw a head kick that was blocked and he followed with a knee to the body. Valiev spun Shore around with a leg kick and he initiated a clinch after catching another kick. Time was called when Shore was kneed in the groin. The fight resumed and Valiev landed a hard leg kick. He caught a kick from Shore and tripped him to the mat, but Shore secured a body lock from the bottom and he used it to power out back to his feet. Shore landed a right hook and Valiev spun him around again with another leg kick. Close round. 10-9 Valiev.

Round 2:
Round two began with an early takedown for Shore, but Valiev worked back to his feet and he took Shore down. Valiev pinned Shore against the base of the cage, but Shore stood up and he escaped from a clinch. Valiev landed a leg kick and a quick combination. Shore connected with a right hook and a kick to the body. After Valiev landed a leg kick, Shore tied him up in a clinch. He got Valiev down to a knee and landed a knee to his face after Valiev stood up. Valiev reversed the clinch and tripped Shore to the mat. He tried to mount him, but lost the position and Shore scrambled up to his feet. Another very close round. 10-9 Shore.

Round 3:
Shore dropped Valiev with a right cross to begin the final round and he tried to finish him with punches on the ground. Valiev recovered and worked back to his feet, and he landed a combination. Valiev pulled Shore down to the ground with a tight guillotine choke and Shore stayed calm while working to escape. He freed his neck and punched from the top until Valiev pushed him off and stood up. Shore landed a three-punch flurry and he dropped Valiev soon after with a huge left hook. A wobbly Valiev got back to his feet and Shore pressured him with punches before taking Valiev down. Valiev countered with an armbar attempt from the bottom and Shore blasted him with elbows until the bell. 10-9 Shore.

Winner: Jack Shore by Unanimous Decision (29-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 16-0-0.

 

Elise Reed vs Cory “The Hobbit” McKenna

Round 1:
Reed landed a hard right hand to begin the fight and she followed with two more rights and a leg kick while staying outside of McKenna’s range. Another right hook scored for Reed and she continued to attack McKenna’s left leg with kicks. Right hooks were exchanged and Reed landed two hard punches. She connected with an overhand right and McKenna shot in for a takedown. Reed defended well and she stayed on her feet, but McKenna picked her up in the air and slammed her down into side control. Reed got back to full guard and she punched from the bottom as McKenna landed an elbow from the top. Reed kicked McKenna off and stood up, and both women landed right hands late in the round. 10-9 Reed despite the takedown.

Round 2:
In the second round, Reed resumed kicking at McKenna’s lead leg and she landed two uppercuts during an exchange of punches in close. McKenna responded with an overhand right and she followed that with a pair of one-two combos. Reed backed McKenna up with a four-punch flurry and McKenna circled on the outside. Reed landed two right hands and a lead left hookas the round entered its final minute. McKenna landed two jabs, but Reed bloodied her mouth with an overhand right. McKenna picked Reed up and slammed her down in the dying seconds, but Reed scrambled up and finished the round with a combination. 10-9 Reed.

Round 3:
Reed connected with a right hook early in round three and McKenna tripped her to the mat. McKenna postured up with an elbow and punches before settling into Reed’s guard. She struck from the top until Reed postured for a triangle choke and kicked McKenna off. The fight returned to the feet and McKenna rocked McKenna with a combination. McKenna recovered and fired back with a slashing elbow. Reed punched her way into a clinch and McKenna reversed it against the cage. Back-and-forth round. 10-9 McKenna.

Winner: Elise Reed by Split Decision (29-28, 29-28, 27-30) after three rounds. She improves to 5-1-0.

 

Muhammad “The Punisher” Mokaev vs Cody Durden

Round 1:
After an early exchange of kicks, Mokaev hurt Durden with a flying switch knee and he immediately jumped into a guillotine choke. Mokaev used the choke to pull Durden down to the mat. Durden tried to roll to his right to escape, but Mokaev adjusted his grip and Durden hastily tapped out.

Winner: Muhammad Mokaev by Submission (Guillotine Choke) at 0:58 of round one. He improves to 7-0-0, 1 NC.
