Omari “Wolverine” Akhmedov vs Tom Breese

Round 1:
Breese countered an early takedown from Akhmedov with a tight guillotine choke, but Akhmedov managed to separate Breese’s grip and he escaped from the choke. Akhmedov landed elbows and right hands from the top and Breese’s right cheek swelled up. Breese regained full guard as Akhmedov blasted him with hammerfists. Akhmedov postured up with more punches and hammerfists as Breese covered up and tried to get back to his feet. Akhmedov held him down and continued to punish Breese with punches. Breese finally kicked him off and rose to his feet, then rolled for a heel hook after a scramble in the clinch. He took Akhmedov’s back and worked for a rear-naked choke until the bell. 10-9 Akhmedov.

Round 2:
Akhmedov clinched in search of a takedown in the second round and Breese used his legs to triangle Akhmedov’s right leg on the way down. He attempted a calf slicer and Akhmedov escaped into mount position. He quickly locked on an arm-triangle choke and Breese appeared to be on the brink of unconsciousness. The fight was not initially stopped, but Breese eventually tapped out.

Winner: Omari Akhmedov by Submission (Arm-Triangle Choke) at 1:41 of round two. He improves to 21-5-1.

 

Ricky Simón vs Gaetano “El Tigre” Pirrello

Round 1:
Simón faked an early takedown attempt and he landed a pair of overhand rights. He clinched with Pirrello and took him down into half-guard. Pirrello exploded up to his feet, but Simón kept him pinned against the cage. He picked Pirrello up and slammed him down to the mat. As Pirrello worked back to his feet, Simón took his back and he dragged Pirrello down once more. Simón postured up with elbows and short punches late in the round and Pirrello escaped to his feet just before the bell. 10-9 Simón.

Round 2:
Pirrello landed a hard knee to Simón’s face in the second round, but Simón was unfazed and he took Pirrello down into half-guard. Pirrello used the cage to get back to his feet, only to be taken down again. After a third takedown, Simón transitioned from half-guard to mount. Pirrello tried to squirm free from the bottom, and he got back to half-guard, but Simón trapped him in an arm-triangle choke from the top. Simón tightened the choke and Pirrello eventually tapped out.

Winner: Ricky Simón by Submission (Arm-Triangle Choke) at of round two. He improves to 17-3-0.

 

Su “Tibetan Eagle” Mudaerji vs Zarrukh “The Lion” Adashev

Round 1:
Adashev countered an early leg kick from Mudaerji with an overhand left that momentarily backed him up. Mudaerji threw more kicks from a distance and Adashev responded with lunging one-twos. Mudaerji used his jab to set up body kicks until Adashev scored with a hard left hook. In the final minute, Mudaerji landed a jumping switch kick and a lead right hand. 10-9 Mudaerji.

Round 2:
The second round began with a three-punch combo for Adashev and Mudaerji landed an overhand left in return. Adashev dropped levels and tried to take Mudaerji’s back on the feet. He landed four hard right hands to Mudaerji’s face before Mudaerji could circle free. Adashev wobbled Mudaerji with a counter right hook, but Mudaerji recovered quickly and he he hurt Adashev with a short right hook soon after. Mudaerji pressed forward with another combination that stunned Adashev again. Adashev circled to his left throughout the final minute and Mudaerji landed three body kicks. 10-9 Mudaerji.

Round 3:
Mudaerji picked his shots with kicks to Adashev’s upper body and straight left hands in the final round. As the round progressed, Mudaerji continued to land single kicks and Adashev was unable to find his range with his punches. Mudaerji landed a left cross and the fighters traded leg kicks. Adashev chased after Mudaerji in the final minute, but he was unable to land anything until shortly before the bell when he countered a spinning back kick from Mudaerji with a right hook. 10-9 Mudaerji.

Winner: Su Mudaerji by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 14-4-0.

 

Dalcha “Champion” Lungiambula vs Markus “Maluko” Perez

Round 1:
Lungiambula rushed forward with a flurry of punches and he took Perez down, but Perez countered with a guillotine choke from the bottom. Lungiambula pulled his head out and Perez tried for a gogoplata and a triangle choke from the bottom. Lungiambula landed a left hand and Perez used another guillotine choke to work back to his feet. He held Lungiambula against the cage and flurried with punches before the bell. 10-9 Perez despite spending most of the round on his back.

Round 2:
Perez attacked with body kicks to begin round two, but he lost his balance while throwing a kick and Lungiambula took top position on the ground. Perez looked for a triangle choke and an armbar, then stood up against the cage. Perez locked on a standing kimura and he pulled Lungiambula down to the mat. Lungiambula eventually freed his arm and he briefly held side control. Perez got back to half-guard and Lungiambula landed hammerfists from the top. He cut Perez on the forehead with elbows late in the round. 10-9 Lungiambula.

Round 3:
Lungiambula fired off a flurry of punches in the final round and Perez clinched with him against the cage. He threw a spinning back elbow and circled away. Lungiambula grazed with two lunging punches that reopened the cut on Perez’s forehead. Perez dropped levels for a takedown and Lungiambula defended well against the cage. The fighters were separated with 50 seconds remaining and Perez immediately clinched again. Time was called when Perez was kneed in the groin. The fight resumed and Perez landed a spinning wheel kick before the bell. Uneventful round. 10-9 Lungiambula.

Winner: Dalcha Lungiambula by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 11-2-0.

 

Francisco “Sniper” Figueiredo vs Jerome “The Renegade” Rivera

Round 1:
Rivera landed leg kicks and side kicks early on and Figueiredo clinched with him against the cage. Rivera landed a knee to the body and both men scored with standing elbows. Rivera remained effective with knees in the clinch, but Figueiredo countered with a takedown. Rivera secured a body triangle from the bottom and Figueiredo landed two right hands from top position before standing up. Rivera landed two right hands on the feet and he got Figueiredo down to a knee against the cage before time expired. Back-and-forth round. 10-9 Figueiredo.

Round 2:
The second round began with Rivera landing two leg kicks and Figueiredo took him down. Rivera was active off of his back with hammerfists and Figueiredo postured up with a right hand. Rivera prevented him from passing to half-guard and he scrambled up to his feet against the cage. Rivera broke free from the clinch and Figueiredo landed a pair of overhand lefts. The round ended with Figueiredo holding Rivera against the fence. 10-9 Figueiredo.

Round 3:
Rivera just missed with a spinning back elbow attempt in the final round and Figueiredo immediately responded with two leg kicks. He took Rivera down against the cage and landed an elbow on the way back up. Rivera pressed forward and he began to score with jab-cross combos that led to another clinch. Rivera tried to take Figueiredo’s back and he landed two knees to Figueiredo’s face. The fighters battled for position in the clinch and Rivera tried to jump into a flying triangle choke. Back on the feet, Rivera landed a combination and a knee, which prompted Figueiredo to back him up against the cage. Rivera cracked him with more hard punches and he got Figueiredo down with a headlock throw. Figueiredo stood and tripped Rivera at the bell. 10-9 Rivera.

Winner: Francisco Figueiredo by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 12-3-1, 1 NC.

 

Mike “Beast Boy” Davis vs Mason “The Dragon” Jones

Round 1:
Both men landed quick jabs and leg kicks in the opening seconds and Davis connected with an overhand right. More punches were exchanged and Davis took Jones down after catching a kick. Jones scrambled back up and he countered two punches from Davis with a hard lower leg kick. Another combination landed for Jones and Davis briefly took him down. Back on the feet, Jones landed a spinning back kick and Davis answered with a right cross. Davis began to slow down and Jones attacked with punches and another leg kick. Davis dragged Jones down, but he could not hold him there for long and the round ended with Davis landing a big right hook. 10-9 Jones.

Round 2:
Davis dropped Jones with a leg kicks in round two and Jones responded with two hard right hands after returning to his feet. Davis answered with a flurry and a body kick, but Jones continued to chase after him with right hands. Three punches landed for Jones and Davis countered with two overhand rights. Jones remained the aggressor and he used his jab to set up right hands and short uppercuts. Davis planted his feet and landed one-twos that set off an exchange of power punches. Davis landed a head kick and Jones took him down late in the close round. 10-9 Davis by a slim margin.

Round 3:
The final round began with Davis landing an early combination and an elbow as Jones’s face continued to swell up. Davis’s jab opened a cut near Jones’s right eye and the fighters traded combinations until Jones landed a spinning back kick to Davis’s chest. Davis stuffed a takedown and he landed a one-two and a knee in return. Another knee landed for Davis as Jones punched his way into a clinch. Davis circled away and he landed two kicks, but Jones closed in with a four-punch flurry and he landed a big knee before the final bell. Close fight. 10-9 Davis.

Winner: Mike Davis by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 9-2-0.

 

Umar Nurmagomedov vs Sergey Morozov

Round 1:
Nurmagomedov opened the action with kicks to Morozov’s lead leg and body. Morozov responded with counter left hooks and an overhand right. More strikes were exchanged and Nurmagomedov took Morozov’s back. He dragged Morozov down and a lengthy scramble followed. Morozov managed to roll his way out of Nurmagomedov’s grip and the fighters returned to their feet. Nurmagomedov landed two side kicks and a front kick to Morozov’s face. Late in the round, Nurmagomedov ducked under a right hook from Morozov and took him down. He secured back control before the bell. 10-9 Nurmagomedov.

Round 2:
Nurmagomedov hurt Morozov right away with a head kick in the second round and he followed with punches as a wobbly Morozov regained his composure. He recovered and tried to use his jab to keep Nurmagomedov at bay. Nurmagomedov landed two body kicks and he took Morozov’s back after tripping him to the mat. Morozov shook him off and the fight returned to the feet. Once again, Nurmagomedov took Morozov’s back and he pulled him down to the ground. Nurmagomedov locked on a rear-naked choke and Morozov tried to fight it. He could not break Nurmagomedov’s grip and was rendered unconscious.

Winner: Umar Nurmagomedov by Technical Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) at 3:39 of round two. He improves to 13-0-0.

 

Manon “The Beast” Fiorot vs Victoria “Fury” Leonardo

Round 1:
The fight began with an exchange of side kicks and Fiorot put together combinations as Leonardo moved forward. Fiorot landed knees in close and the fighters briefly clinched against the cage. Leonardo broke free and landed a right hook just as Fiorot connected with an elbow. Fiorot threw more side kicks to Leonardo’s face and Leonardo clinched. Fiorot broke free and she rocked Leonardo with a three-punch combo. Leonardo stumbled backward and tried to buy time to recover in the clinch. Fiorot cracked her with a one-two and she landed a lead right hook before the bell. 10-9 Fiorot.

Round 2:
Fiorot continued to counter Leonardo’s forward momentum with lead right hooks and side kicks in the second round. She prevented Leonardo from clinching and landed another right hand and a combination. Fiorot held Leonardo against the cage and she secured a takedown into side contol. Leonardo got back to full guard and she kicked Fiorot off. Back on the feet, Fiorot landed a straight left hand and a counter right hook. She stunned Leonardo with a head kick and swarmed on her with punches against the cage until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Manon Fiorot by TKO (Head Kick & Punches) at 4:08 of round two. She improves to 6-1-0.
