Charles “Boston Strong” Rosa vs Manny “The Bermudez Triangle” Bermudez

Round 1:
Bermudez countered early punches from Rosa with a takedown and he punched from the top as Rosa looked to set up an armbar. Bermudez continued to throw punches and an elbow as he looked to pass Rosa’s guard. More punches and elbows scored for Bermudez, but Rosa postured for another armbar and got it. Bermudez verbally submitted and the fight was stopped.

Winner: Charles Rosa by Verbal Submission (Armbar) at 2:46 of round one. He improves to 12-3-0.

 

“Meatball” Molly McCann vs Diana “The Warrior Princess” Belbita

Round 1:
Power punches were exchanged right away and McCann landed a spinning back kick to the body. Belbita responded with punch-kick combos and McCann landed an overhand right. She followed with another one, but Belbita swarmed on her with punches and an elbow. Both women landed knees in close and Belbita targeted McCann’s lead leg with kicks. McCann threw another spinning back kick and Belbita quickly countered with a knee. She stuffed a McCann takedown and held her against the fence. Belbita dumped McCann to the mat, but McCann scrambled up and Belbita caught a kick. McCann secured a late takedown into side control, but Belbita exploded out and stood up. McCann locked on a standing arm-triangle choke and she used it to drag Belbita back down. McCann landed punches and attempted a bulldog choke before the bell. 10-9 McCann due to the late rally.

Round 2:
The second round began with Belbita landing knees and the fighters clinched against the cage. McCann broke free and the fighters traded punches and front kicks. McCann took her down into side control and she attempted another arm-triangle choke as the fighters stood. Belbita repeatedly grabbed the cage and she was docked one point. McCann tried to take Belbita down with the arm-triangle choke, but Belbita escaped and she punched from the top. McCann initiated a scramble and took Belbita’s back. She flattened Belbita out and landed numerous punches until Belbita rolled over and gave up mount. McCann landed more punches until Belbita scrambled and got back to her feet. McCann tried for a takedown and wound up on the bottom, and the fighters stood before the bell. 10-8 McCann. Could be a 10-7.

Round 3:
McCann missed with a spinning back elbow in the final round and both women landed punches. McCann continued to pressure with one-twos and left hands as Belbita slowed down and fired back with occasional right hooks. McCann walked Belbita down with punches throughout the round and Belbita resorted to front kicks in defence. McCann clinched and took Belbita’s back, but Belbita broke free. McCann landed a flying knee and a right hand just before the bell. 10-9 McCann.

Winner: Molly McCann by Unanimous Decision (30-26, 30-26, 30-26) after three rounds. She improves to 10-2-0.

 

Sean “The Sniper” Woodson vs Kyle “Crash” Bochniak

Round 1:
Woodson kept Bochniak at bay with jabs and knees in the opening minute. He continued to use his significant reach advantage to keep Bochniak at bay with long punches and kicks. Bochniak finally clinched and he took Woodson down into back control. Woodson escaped to his feet and he landed a body kick after breaking free from the clinch. A nice left hand landed for Woodson and he followed with a knee. Woodson hurt Bochniak with another knee and he landed two uppercuts seconds later. The round ended with Woodson landing a left cross. 10-9 Woodson.

Round 2:
The second round began with Woodson landing punching combinations and Bochniak tried unsuccessfully to take him down. Woodson used elbows to defend against a second takedown attempt and he scored with a counter combination as Bochniak pressed forward. Woodson wobbled Bochniak with a left hook, but Bochniak continued to walk him down and he clinched again. In the final 30 seconds, Woodson landed an uppercut and a switch knee. 10-9 Woodson.

Round 3:
Woodson jabbed early in the final round and he once again used elbows to Bochniak’s temple to fend off a takedown attempt. Bochniak remained the aggressor and both men landed combinations. Another exchange of punches followed and Woodson landed a knee. A second knee scored for Woodson and Bochniak walked forward with his hands down. Bochniak tried in vain for a takedown and Woodson stuffed it. He landed a hard knee and a pair of right hooks late in the fight. 10-9 Woodson.

Winner: Sean Woodson by Unanimous Decision (30-26, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. He improves to 7-0-0.

 

Randy “The Zohan” Costa vs Boston “Boom Boom” Salmon

Round 1:
Salmon landed body kicks right away and the fighters traded punches before clinching against the cage. Salmon broke free and Costa landed a hard left hand. He followed with another one and Salmon countered with a right hook. Costa stunned Salmon with a right hand, but he stayed on his feet and the fighters circled. Costa landed two more hard right hands that dropped Salmon, but he once again survived and got back to his feet. Soon after, Costa dropped Salmon with two right hands and followed with two more before the fight was stopped.

Winner: Randy Costa by TKO (Punches) at 2:15 of round one. He improves to 5-1-0.

 

Sean Brady vs Court “The Crusher” McGee

Round 1:
Brady caught an early body kick and initiated a clinch, but McGee reversed against the cage and broke free. Time was called after Brady was kicked in the groin. The fight resumed after a break and both men landed kicks. Brady followed with a one-two and he dropped McGee with a counter left hook. McGee got back to his feet and Brady landed a spinning back kick to the body. More quick punches and leg kicks landed for Brady as the round progressed. McGee clinched and tried for a takedown, but Brady broke free. 10-9 Brady.

Round 2:
Both men landed leg kicks to begin round two and Brady jumped in with a one-two. He backed McGee up with two more punches and took him down against the base of the cage. Brady tried to take McGee’s back, but McGee scrambled up to his feet and he held Brady against the fence. The fighters separated and McGee pressed the action with leg kicks and one-twos. Brady responded with right hands while circling to the side. He landed a right hook and a chopping leg kick. Brady stunned McGee with a left hook and he followed with a one-two. Close round. 10-9 Brady.

Round 3:
Punching combinations were exchanged in the final round and Brady scored with a lead left hook. He continued to counter McGee’s punches with lead hooks and leg kicks. McGee answered back with punch-kick combos near the midway point of the round. Brady followed up on a leg kick with a flurry of punches, but McGee countered with a right hand and he continued to walk forward. Brady stuffed a takedown and the fighters separated. McGee landed a right hand and a spinning hook kick. Another close round. 10-9 Brady.

Winner: Sean Brady by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 11-0-0.

 

Brendan “All In” Allen vs Kevin “Trailblazer” Holland

Round 1:
Allen fought through leg kicks from Holland and took him down into side control. Holland stood and Allen took his back. He dragged Holland down and looked to set up a rear-naked choke, but Holland shook him off. Allen immediately attempted a heel hook and Holland countered with punches and an elbow that opened a big cut on Allen’s forehead. Holland tried again for a heel hook and Holland countered with more punches and elbows. He took Allen’s back and locked on a rear-naked choke, but Allen managed to break his grip. A scramble ensued and Allen secured a rear-naked choke of his own. Holland stayed calm and escaped, and he also survived an armbar attempt before the bell. Back-and-forth round. 10-9 Holland, barely.

Round 2:
Holland used his jab to keep Allen at bay in round two and he followed with a right hand. The fighters clinched and Allen attempted a guillotine choke as Holland took him down. Allen tried to set up a triangle choke from the bottom and he threw elbows as well. A scramble followed and Allen took Holland’s back. He wound up on top in Holland’s half-guard after Holland rolled over. Holland tried to scramble free and Allen took advantage by locking on a tight rear-naked choke. This time, Holland could not escape and he tapped out.

Winner: Brendan Allen by Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) at 3:38 of round two. He improves to 13-3-0.

 

Tanner “The Bulldozer” Boser vs Daniel “Daddy Long Legs” Spitz

Round 1:
Boser connected with an overhand right and two leg kicks in the early goings. Spitz eventually landed a body kick and Boser immediately answered with a right hand. After a minute of relative inactivity, Boser landed another right hand and more body kicks. In the final minute, Boser landed a left hook and he continued to target Spitz’s lead leg with kicks. Boser landed another left hand late in the round. 10-9 Boser.

Round 2:
Both men landed kicks in round two and Boser continued to target Spitz’s lead leg. Spitz landed two right hands and Boser scored with more kicks. He connected with a left hook and chopped away at Spitz’s lead leg. A lunging left hook scored for Boser and he followed with another one. That set off an exchange of power punches before the bell. 10-9 Boser.

Round 3:
Boser used leg kicks to set up lunging punches in the final round. He followed with two body kicks and a one-two. Spitz attempted a head kick and Boser responded with a right hand. He continued to mix up his strikes with leg kicks and left and right hooks until Spitz connected with a hard uppercut. More leg kicks and two right hands landed for Boser before the final bell. 10-9 Boser.

Winner: Tanner Boser by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. He improves to 17-5-1.
