Alexander “King Kong” Romanov vs Chase “The Vanilla Gorilla” Sherman

Round 1:
Romanov shot in right away and dumped Sherman to the mat. Sherman got back to his feet, but Romanov threw him down again and worked from the top in Sherman’s half-guard. He passed to mount soon after and dropped heavy punches to Sherman’s face. Sherman rolled to his side and Romanov secured a keylock on his right arm. Sherman held on momentarily before tapping out.

Winner: Alexander Romanov by Submission (Keylock) at 2:11 of round one. He improves to 16-0-0.

 

Francisco “Sniper” Figueiredo vs Daniel “Miojo” Lacerda da Silva

Round 1:
The fight began with Figueiredo landing two leg kicks and Lacerda responded with a spinning back kick to the body. He took Figueiredo down and tried to pass Figueiredo’s guard into side control. Figueiredo latched on to Lacerda’s left leg during the transition and torqued back on a kneebar, which forced Lacerda to tap out almost immediately.

Winner: Francisco Figueiredo by Submission (Kneebar) at 1:18 of round one. He improves to 13-4-1, 1 NC.

 

“Gifted” Gabriel Green vs Yohan “White Lion” Lainesse

Round 1:
Green jabbed and Lainesse threw a series of leg kicks during the first minute. Lainesse landed a lunging right hook and then followed with a left. Green landed an uppercut in close and a counter right hook, but Lainesse took him down into half-guard. He cranked on a guillotine choke as Green got back to his feet. Green escaped and Lainesse landed two leg kicks after the fighters separated. Green landed a lead right hook and ate two right hands from Lainesse in return. 10-9 Lainesse.

Round 2:
In the second round, Green started quickly with kick-punch combos and he jumped in with a flying knee attempt. Lainesse dropped him face-first to the mat with a massive right hook to the temple. Green recovered quickly on the ground, however, and he got back to his feet. He sprawled out of a takedown attempt from Lainesse and tried to take his back, but Lainesse pushed him down and then attempted a rear-naked choke during a scramble. Green was able to escape and he got back to his feet. A left hook scored for Green as Lainesse slowed down. Green unloaded with right hooks to the body and Lainesse fell to the mat. Green stood over him and continued to land punches until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Gabriel Green by TKO (Punches) at 4:02 of round two. He improves to 11-3-0.

 

Natan Levy vs “Money” Mike Breeden

Round 1:
Breeden took Levy down early in the fight, but he could not keep him down for long. Levy stood and landed a knee to the body on the break. Breeden caught a head kick and dumped Levy to the mat, but Levy immediately attacked with a heel hook. Breeden pulled his leg out and the fight returned to the feet. Breeden landed a strong right hand and Levy answered with a body kick. Time was called when Levy was kneed in the groin. The fight continued and Levy landed a knee to the body. Breeden flurried with punches and Levy landed a head kick. Breeden took him down, but Levy quickly attempted another heel hook and Breeden stood up. Levy landed a hard left hook and he briefly took Breeden down. Breeden stood, but Levy retained back control and suplexed him down again. He landed a hard knee to the body late in the round. 10-9 Levy.

Round 2:
The second round began with both men landing punching flurries and Levy took Breeden down. Each time Breeden stood up, Levy tripped him again. Breeden finally got to his feet and reversed the clinch, but Levy pushed him away and landed a jab-cross combo. The exhausted fighters separated and Levy hurt Breeden with a liver kick. He missed with a wild spinning wheel kick attempt, then took Breeden down into back control. Breeden fought off a rear-naked choke attempt and stood up with Levy on his back. The fighters separated with ten seconds to go and Breeden landed a knee. 10-9 Levy.

Round 3:
Breeden backed Levy up with a hard right hook in the final round. Levy circled to his left and both men landed one-two combos. Levy tried to sweep out Breeden’s leg, but he was unsuccessful and Breeden landed another combination. He stuffed a Levy takedown and attacked his body with left and right hooks. Levy slowed way down and Breeden continued to target his midsection. Another flurry landed for Breeden and he sprawled out of a Levy takedown attempt. Breeden landed a standing elbow and Levy fired back with a right hook. He dropped Breeden to a knee with a counter left hook and then latched on to Breeden’s leg after he stood up. Breeden escaped and Levy landed two powerful hooks. Breeden clinched and the fight ended with an exchange of punches. Close round due to Levy’s late rally, but still 10-9 Breeden.

Winner: Natan Levy by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 7-1-0.

 

Shanna “The Shanimal” Young vs Gina “Danger” Mazany

Round 1:
Mazany secured a clinch against the cage in the opening minute, but Young broke free and Mazany landed a body kick. She clinched with Young again and threw knees to her body. Once more, Young escaped from the clinch, but Mazany dropped her to her knees with a knee strike to the jaw. Young quickly returned to her feet and she landed a long jab and two counter right hooks as Mazany pressed forward. Body kicks were exchanged and both women landed one-two combos just before the bell. 10-9 Mazany.

Round 2:
In the second round, Mazany landed a flurry of punches and a liver kick, but Young answered with a lead left hook that knocked her off-balance. She landed a front kick and Mazany clinched, then took Young down. Young reversed into top position and Mazany tried to get back to her feet. Young took her back and flattened Mazany out, then unloaded with left hands to the side of her head. This continued until referee Jason Herzog stopped the fight.

Winner: Shanna Young by TKO (Punches) at 3:11 of round two. She improves to 8-4-0.
