Alex “Poatan” Pereira vs Andreas “Spartan” Michailidis

Round 1:
Michailidis scored a double-leg takedown in the opening minute and he took Pereira’s back as Pereira stood up against the cage. Michailidis tripped him again and tried to sink in both hooks. Pereira prevented him from doing so and he rose to his feet again. The fighters were separated after a lull in the action, but Michailidis clinched again and landed punches to Pereira’s face on the way in. He pinned Pereira against the fence until the bell. 10-9 Michailidis.

Round 2:
Seconds into round two, Pereira dropped Michailidis with a flying switch knee. The fight was not immediately stopped, so Pereira followed with a few punches on the ground, but Michailidis was out after the knee strike.

Winner: Alex Pereira by KO (Flying Switch Knee) at 0:18 of round two. He improves to 4-1-0.

 

Bobby “King” Green vs “Raging” Al Iaquinta

Round 1:
Iaquinta tried to close the distance right away and Green popped him with a straight left to the nose. He jabbed and landed a hard one-two as Iaquinta struggled to find his range. Green landed more punches and he dropped Iaquinta to his knees with another one-two. A dazed Iaquinta fell to his back and Green landed punches and hammerfists to his face until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Bobby Green by TKO (Punches) at 2:25 of round one. He improves to 28-12-1.

 

Chris “The Action Man” Curtis vs Phil “Megatron” Hawes

Round 1:
Hawes used front kicks to the body to set up right hoks and uppercuts in the opening minute. He continued to score with body kicks and mixed in jabs. A hard right cross backed Curtis up momentarily and Hawes kept the pressure on him with a four-punch flurry. Hawes landed two right hooks and a knee, then countered a lead right hand from Curtis with a straight right. Hawes landed right hands and body kicks at will, and Curtis’s right eye began to swell up. Seconds later, a counter left hook rocked Hawes and he staggered on his feet. Curtis closed in with two more punches and a knee to the body, and Hawes collapsed to the mat.

Winner: Chris Curtis by TKO (Punches & Knee To The Body) at 4:27 of round one. He improves to 27-8-0.

 

Nassourdine “The Sniper” Imavov vs Edmen “The Golden Boy” Shahbazyan

Round 1:
Shahbazyan spun Imavov around with an early leg kick and he landed another one soon after. Imavov countered a leg kick with a straight right. Shahbazyan circled on the outside and Imavov countered a combination with two punches of his own before the fighters clinched against the cage. Shahbazyan took Imavov down and freed his head from a tight guillotine choke. Imavov scrambled up to his feet and he countered a jab from Shahbazyan with two overhand rights. Imavov grazed with an elbow and followed with a head kick attempt. Shahbazyan tried to sweep out his leg, but Imavov stayed up and he landed another elbow in the clinch. Close round. 10-9 Imavov.

Round 2:
The second round began with Shahbazyan landing a right hook and an uppercut. Imavov responded with a straight right and the fighters clinched. Imavov trapped Shahbazyan in a power guillotine choke, but Shahbazyan escaped. He tried again for a takedown and Imavov locked him in another guillotine. He used it to pull Shahbazyan down to the mat and Shahbazyan was in some trouble. Shahbazyan escaped again and rose to his feet. He then used a guillotine choke of his own to pull Imavov down to the ground. Imavov escaped and he cut Shahbazyan near his right eye with an elbow from the top. Imavov passed to side control and then to a top-side crucifix. He landed more elbows to a bloodied Shahbazyan’s face until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Nassourdine Imavov by TKO (Elbows) at 4:42 of round two. He improves to 11-3-0.

 

Ian “The Future” Garry vs Jordan “Bomaye” Williams

Round 1:
Williams countered an early leg kick from Garry with a right hook that backed Garry up against the cage. Another right hand landed for Williams and he followed with a combination as Garry’s face began to redden. Williams shot in for a takedown and that led to a clinch against the cage. The fighters battled for position and Williams landed a short left elbow. Garry landed a knee and a right hand on the break. He followed with a head kick and Williams answered with a straight left. Williams attempted a head kick of his own that was blocked. He took a step forward and Garry badly rocked him with a counter right hook. Two more right hands sent an unconscious Williams crashing to the mat and finished the fight just before the end of the round.

Winner: Ian Garry by KO (Punches) at 4:59 of round one. He improves to 8-0-0.

 

Chris “Beastboy” Barnett vs Gian Villante

Round 1:
Barnett targeted Villante’s lead leg with kicks early in the fight and Villante landed body kicks in return. He continued to maintain a kick-focused attack and landed more to the left side of Barnett’s body. Barnett landed two body kicks of his own and he finally found some success with punches in the final minute. A spinning back kick missed for Barnett, and Villante tied him up in a clinch. Back-and-forth round. 10-9 Villante.

Round 2:
Early in the second round, Barnett missed with a tornado kick attempt that elicited a cheer from the crowd. Leg kicks were exchanged and Villante landed a kick to the body. Seconds later, Barnett floored him with a spinning wheel kick. Villante got to his knees and covered up as Barnett unloaded with punches to both sides of his head until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Chris Barnett by TKO (Spinning Wheel Kick & Punches) at 2:23 of round two. He improves to 22-7-0.

 

Dustin “The Hanyak” Jacoby vs John “The Hunter” Allan

Round 1:
Jacoby immediately attacked Allan’s lead leg with kicks and he snapped Allan’s head back with two right hands. Allan responded with two leg kicks of his own and an overhand right. Time was briefly called after Allan was poked in the eye and Jacoby flurried with punches after the restart. Allan landed a body kick in return and Jacoby went high with a kick to Allan’s chest. Jacoby landed a series of jabs and then attempted a head kick that was blocked. The rounded ended with Jacoby landing two punches and just missing with a spinning back elbow. 10-9 Jacoby.

Round 2:
In the second round, Jacoby used his jab to set up a right uppercut and he backed Allan up two more times with long jabs. Allan replied with an overhand right and a left hook. Leg kicks were exchanged and Allan closed in with jabs. Jacoby landed a combination, but Allan countered with a left hook. Allan blocked a head kick and he landed a combination. Time was called again when Allan was poked in the eye. The fight resumed and Jacoby landed two front kicks. Allan answered with an overhand right before the bell. Closer round. Still 10-9 Jacoby.

Round 3:
Both men landed jabs in the final round and Jacoby mixed in lead right hooks from a southpaw stance. He finished a combination with a leg kick and Allan’s output slowed down. More jabs landed for Jacoby, but Allan closed the distance and he landed a combination as Jacoby covered up and circled to his left. Allan landed a nice left hook to the liver, but Jacoby fired right back with a shovel uppercut. 10-9 Jacoby.

Winner: Dustin Jacoby by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 16-5-1.

 

Melsik “The Gun” Baghdasaryan vs Bruno “The Tiger” Souza

Round 1:
As Souza darted in and out, Baghdasaryan landed two calf kicks early in the fight. He countered a body kick from Souza with an overhand left. Baghdasaryan continued to land kicks to Souza’s lead leg and that prompted Souza to try for a takedown. Baghdasaryan remained on his feet and be broke free from the clinch. Baghdasaryan landed a left hand and two more leg kicks late in the round. 10-9 Baghdasaryan.

Round 2:
Baghdasaryan slipped while throwing a leg kick early in the second round, but he quickly returned to his feet and Souza circled from side to side. Baghdasaryan landed a left cross and two leg kicks, then countered a rushing Souza with a lead right hook. Souza’s leg buckled from the force of another leg kick, but he still managed to counter with a head kick that was partially blocked. Baghdasaryan landed an overhand left and that led to an exchange of big punches, with both fighters scoring. Baghdasaryan backed Souza up with another left hook in the final seconds. 10-9 Baghdasaryan.

Round 3:
The final round began with Souza landing a two-punch combo and he stepped in with another quick flurry soon after. Baghdasaryan landed a knee in a clinch and Souza countered with a left hand over the top. He caught a kick and trapped Baghdasaryan’s leg between his thighs as he tried to take him down. Baghdasaryan defended well and the fighters separated. A big right hook scored for Baghdasaryan as Souza threw a kick late in the fight. Close round. 10-9 Souza.

Winner: Melsik Baghdasaryan by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 7-1-0.

 

Ode “The Jamaican Sensation” Osbourne vs C.J. Vergara

Round 1:
Osbourne started quickly with two straight lefts and a flying knee that partially landed. He followed with a hard left hand and a quick combination. Vergara continued to press forward and he landed a lead left hook. A right hook landed for Vergara and Osbourne immediately responded with a body kick. He shot in for a takedown, but Vergara balanced on one leg and escaped from the clinch. Osbourne landed a nice one-two in the final seconds and he blocked a Vergara head kick attempt. 10-9 Osbourne.

Round 2:
After an exchange of punches in the second round, Vergara looked for a takedown and Osbourne easily thwarted his efforts. Osbourne landed a left cross and a lead right hook, then followed with a three-punch combo as Vergara moved forward. Vergara landed a lead left hand, but Osbourne bloodied his nose with two more left hands. Vergara fought off a takedown attempt from Osbourne, who landed an overhand left. Vergara fired back with a right hand to the body. Osbourne caught a head kick and took Vergara down into back control before the bell. 10-9 Osbourne.

Round 3:
Vergara was very aggressive in the final round and he landed a right hook and a body kick while walking Osbourne down. Osbourne answered with a left cross and a takedown attempt. Vergara easily stayed on his feet and he continued to attack Osbourne’s body with kicks and knees. He reversed a takedown attempt from Osbourne and wound up on top in Osbourne’s guard. As Osbourne threw up his legs and tried to set up a submission from the bottom, Vergara punished him with elbows. He passed to half-guard and landed punches and elbows to Osbourne’s body until the end of the fight. 10-9 Vergara.

Winner: Ode Osbourne by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 10-4-0, 1 NC.
