Abdul Razak “Judo Thunder” Alhassan vs Alessio “Manzo” Di Chirico

Round 1:
The fight ended as quickly as it began, as Alhassan caught a kick from Di Chirico and countered with a head kick that sent an unconscious Di Chirico crashing to the canvas.

Wellington “The Prodigy” Turman vs “Smile’n” Sam Alvey

Round 1:
Turman struck first with a lead left hook and he immediately tried for a takedown against the cage. Alvey defended and Turman took his back. Alvey turned into the clinch and he landed a knee to Turman’s upper body. Turman backed away and he landed a leg kick and a spinning back kick to the body. Alvey responded with a left uppercut and a lead right hook. Time was called when he was poked in the eye. Action resumed after a brief delay and Turman landed a straight right. A clinch followed and Turman stomped on Alvey’s foot while Alvey threw occasional knees. Turman landed a spinning back elbow that opened a large cut below Alvey’s left eye, and he took Alvey down before the end of the round. 10-9 Turman.

Round 2:
Early in round two, Turman landed a spinning backfist and time was soon called when he was kicked in the groin. The fight continued and Turman tried for a takedown. Alvey stuffed it and he landed three elbows to Turman’s temple. Turman could not get Alvey down and Alvey broke free from the clinch. He countered a leg kick with a right-left combo and then stepped forward with another two-punch combo. Alvey just missed with a lead uppercut attempt and the fighters traded jabs. Turman landed an elbow during a brief clinch and he grazed with a head kick after backing away. Turman landed a right hook and a switch kick to the body in the final seconds, which prompted Alvey to charge forward with punches to close out the round. 10-9 Turman.

Round 3:
Turman remained the aggressor in the final round and he closed the distance with a right hook. Alvey fought off a clinch and he landed three straight jabs as Turman moved forward. Turman threw a spinning backfist and Alvey tagged him with a one-two in return. He held Turman against the cage and the fighters soon separated. Time was called and Turman was docked one point for another eye poke. The fight continued and Turman immediately poked Alvey in the eye again. He was punished with a second point deduction and then chased after Alvey with power punches after the restart. Turman hurt Alvey, but could not put him away and the fighters clinched. With seconds to go, Turman broke free and cracked Alvey with a hard right hook. 9-8 Alvey due to the two point deductions.

Winner: Wellington Turman by Split Decision (28-27, 28-27, 27-28) after three rounds. He improves to 17-5-0.

 

Dustin “The Hanyak” Jacoby vs Darren “The Dentist” Stewart

Round 1:
Jacoby threw a head kick to begin the fight and Stewart countered with a takedown against the cage. Jacoby fought back to his feet and he landed two jabs and a leg kick. More jabs landed for Jacoby and he stunned Stewart with a right hook. Jacoby hurt Stewart with more right hooks and a knee as Stewart retreated to the cage and stumbled repeatedly. Stewart never fell down, but Jacoby continued to batter him with punches including a big left hook at the end, and referee Jason Herzog waved off the fight.

Winner: Dustin Jacoby by TKO (Punches) at 3:04 of round one. He improves to 15-5-1.

 

J.J. Aldrich vs Crystal Vanessa “Lil’ Monster” Demopoulos

Round 1:
Demopoulos landed two right hands early on and Aldrich countered a leg kick with a left cross. She took Demopoulos down and Demopoulos threw two elbows from the bottom. Aldrich landed short punches from top position and she postured up with elbows and hammerfists. More hammerfist strikes scored for Aldrich, who stood up and allowed Demopoulos to follow. A hard left hand and a front kick to the body scored for Aldrich, who easily shrugged off a Demopoulos takedown attempt. The round ended with a clinch and an exchange of knees to the body. 10-9 Aldrich.

Round 2:
The second round began with an exchange of right hooks and Aldrich cracked Demopoulos with an overhand left. Each time Demopoulos closed the distance, Aldrich countered with right-left combos until Demopoulos secured a brief clinch. Aldrich broke free and scored with a pair of lead right hooks. A straight left also landed for Aldrich and Demopoulos tried to clinch again. Aldrich pushed her away and landed two hard left hands. Demopoulos fired back with a body kick, but Aldrich tagged her with a big flurry of punches and a kick to the liver. Demopoulos landed a right hook and ate another kick to the body before the bell. 10-9 Aldrich.

Round 3:
Aldrich connected with a straight left to begin the final round and Demopoulos clinched. Aldrich stayed on her feet and stuffed a sloppy takedown attempt from Demopoulos soon after. Aldrich took top position in Demopoulos’s half-guard and peppered her with punches and elbows. Demopoulos got back to her feet and Aldrich landed a hard left hand. Demopoulos regained her footing and answered with a knee in a Thai clinch. A left cross and a body kick landed for Aldrich, who fought off another takedown attempt. Demopoulos clinched and threw knees to Aldrich’s body. In the final minute, Aldrich countered a combination with a lead right hook to Demopoulos’s jaw. Both women landed knees to the body and the fight concluded with an exchange of looping punches. 10-9 Aldrich.

Winner: J.J. Aldrich by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. She improves to 10-4-0.

 

Pat Sabatini vs Jamall “Prettyboy” Emmers

Round 1:
Emmers threw three body kicks to begin the action, but the third one struck Sabatini in the groin and time was called. After the restart, Emmers rocked Sabatini with two right hands and dropped him with a left uppercut. Emmers briefly took Sabatini’s back and tried for a rear-naked choke, but Sabatini defended well and Emmers transitioned to mount. Sabatini scrambled back to half-guard and the fighters then went for duelling leglocks. Sabatini attempted a heel hook while Emmers locked on a toe hold. The latter had no effect, and Sabatini adjusted his grip to secure an inside heel hook on Emmers’s left leg. Emmers, in great pain, tapped out immediately.

Winner: Pat Sabatini by Submission (Inside Heel Hook) at 1:53 of round one. He improves to 15-3-0.

 

Leomana “Manaboi” Martinez vs Guido “Ninja” Cannetti

Round 1:
Cannetti opened the fight with leg and body kicks including one to Martinez’s liver. He continued to throw leg kicks and followed with a straight left hand as Martinez struggled to land anything. He finally backed Cannetti up against the cage and flurried with punches, then tried for a takedown. Cannetti reversed on the way down and landed hammerfists from the top. Martinez scrambled up and significant swelling formed below his left eye. Cannetti landed more leg kicks and Martinez answered with one of his own. More body kicks scored for Cannetti in the final 30 seconds. 10-9 Cannetti.

Round 2:
After an exchange of body kicks in the opening minute, Cannetti pressed forward with a three-punch combo and Martinez responded with two counter hooks. The fighters continued to trade leg kicks and Martinez landed a right hook after catching a kick from Cannetti. Martinez scored with a one-two and Cannetti attacked his lead leg with more kicks before circling away to his right. Late in the round, Martinez landed a three-punch combo and Cannetti responded with a liver kick. Closer round. 10-9 Martinez.

Round 3:
Martinez landed a combination to the head and body of Cannetti early in the final round, but Cannetti countered a flying knee attempt with an overhand right. Two leg kicks scored for Martinez and he followed with a left hook to the liver as Cannetti backed up to the cage. Both fighters landed overhand lefts and Cannetti followed with a leg kick. In an exchange against the cage, Martinez landed a standing elbow and he took Cannetti down seconds later. Martinez postured up with left hands from the top and Cannetti battled back to his feet at the bell. 10-9 Martinez.
