Figueiredo got to his knees against the cage and stood up as Gordon landed right hands. Gordon made a critical error and gave up his back as he rose to his feet, but he managed to shake Figueiredo off and worked for a double-leg takedown against the fence. Figueiredo reversed the clinch and tripped Gordon into half-guard. He mounted him, but Gordon rolled and escaped out the back. The fighters stood and Figueiredo got Gordon down to a knee. 10-9 Gordon. Decision could go either way depending on the scoring of the first two rounds.
