Former UFC title challenger “Thug” Rose Namajunas picked up her second official UFC victory in extremely dominant fashion tonight at UFC Fight Night 80: “Namajunas vs VanZant” in Las Vegas, Nevada. Namajunas submitted “12 Gauge” Paige VanZant in round five of the strawweight main event.

Invicta FC Featherweight Champion Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino makes the next defence of her title on January 16th at Invicta Fighting Championships 15 in Costa Mesa, California. Justino is expected to face off against Daria Ibragimova, who has won seven straight fights and makes her U.S. debut.

Former Shoot Boxing Japan Women’s Flyweight Champion Ai Takahashi concluded her career with one of her biggest victories tonight at Shoot Boxing: “Ground Zero Tokyo 2015” in Tokyo, Japan. Takahashi avenged a past loss by edging out long-time shoot boxing rival Mizuki Inoue.
