Profile:

I am a Certified Specialist in Sports Conditioning, as well as a Certified Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Science Association. The last few years of my life have been spent helping others; improving the physical fitness level of my clients and, in the case of my athletes, helping them better excel at their sport.

I have been training in the martial arts for several years, beginning in an American style of kickboxing. In April of this year, I expanded in to the Mixed Martial Arts realm, where I began learning Muay Thai and Goshinbudo Jiu-Jitsu.

Currently, my style of fighting generally falls into the "up close and personal" aspect. If there is a fighter my style could be compared to, it would be Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, due to my tendency to have strong technical boxing with the occassional wild bomb.

Oh, I forgot to mention the best part. Slams are my absolute favorite means of taking a fighter down. While I am well-versed in submissions and the ground game, don't expect my fights to go to a decision. I will always work for a stoppage.

I plan on competing soon in the 205lb weight-class. I will continue my training in the ring/cage as well as out. I am an avid Strength athlete and continue to seek gains there. I believe that by being a trainer for athletes myself, it helps me to get straight to what is effective for a Mixed Martial Artist, while not wasting any time.
