Default ADCC 2011.... under 60 kgs

    OK people...

I'm going to ask a favour. ADCC are still looking to fill the last slot of their -60kgs division for this year's competition which will be in Nottingham, England.

I'd originally planned to be pretty busy this year with MMA, so I hadn't planned to qualify for this (a decision I massively regret now). But circumstances change, and now I'm looking at some time off from MMA following a pretty nasty concussion in training - at this point, I'm not sure exactly when I'll be back on the MMA circuit.

I would *love* to get that final invite, for a few reasons. One is because (having spent most of my MMA career fighting overseas), this may just be my last opportunity to do a big competition on home soil. Another is to give me something to keep me focused and motivated while I'm not fighting. And also, because I'd love to get that chance to compete against women like Cat Zingano, Takayo Hashi and Kyra Gracie (amongst others).

Any support would be most appreciated - the ADCC have asked for public opinion on their Facebook page here: http://www.facebook.com/permalink.ph...50595014969568 and they can also be contacted on twitter @ADCC_Federation

Of course, if you have other ideas about who they should invite, you can let them know in the same way

I wish I could do it too, but it's too late for me, so I tweeted for you!
