Hey guys,
Just stopping in to say hello. I recently have gotten really big into MMA and I must credit Rob/Dan and the threads posted in those other forums for that. Every bit of insight that I gather makes it more and more interesting for me. Watching the UFC events from a few months ago and finding them to be filled with a frustrating amount of showboating I've now gone and started checking out other events (K-1, Pride, and hopefully ADCC tomorrow; wish I checked out an event when I lived in Abu Dhabi a couple years back!).

Anyway, you guys are doing a great job with the site and I'm loving the content. I'm particularly looking forward to Dan's contributions in the training section. The one about Keg Training is intriguing since my stabilizers are conspicuously weak and it seems very logical to me that the shifting centre of gravity would build muscles that might be more practical depending on the circumstance, though it's something I might only anticipate doing once I've made more progress with the simple free-weights.

I plan to make this my home when it comes to discussing MMA; I trust that you guys will continue doing a great job and membership will explode. If you build it they will come and all that.

Appreciate the support, man. Glad to hear that you're checking out a variety of MMA events, too. It's nice to see what different companies from different countries have to offer. The K-1 HERO's show earlier this week was an amazing series of fights.

We have some big things in the works here, so, while things started off slowly, I think they're going to pick up pretty fast. :)

yep im going to be watching that K-1 sometime this weekend on Dan's recommendation. Just finished watching the Hong Kong GP and decided K-1 indeed kicks ass.
