Tom Breese vs K.B. “The Bengal” Bhullar

Round 1:
Breese landed a solid one-two early in the fight and he followed with a left cross that stunned Bhullar. Soon after, Breese dropped Bhullar with a lunging jab and he dove in with hammerfists on the ground until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Tom Breese by TKO (Punches) at 1:42 of round one. He improves to 12-2-0.

 

Chris Daukaus vs Rodrigo “Zé Colmeia” Nascimento Ferreia

Round 1:
Quick punches were exchanged right away and Daukaus landed a nice one-two. He dropped Nascimento with a lead left hook, then followed with more punches and elbows on the ground. Nascimento managed to get back to his feet, but Daukaus floored him once more with a right-left combo and the fight was waved off. Impressive win for Daukaus.

Winner: Chris Daukaus by KO (Punches) at 0:45 of round one. He improves to 10-3-0.

 

Joaquin “New Mansa” Buckley vs Impa “Tshilobo” Kasanganay

Round 1:
Buckley countered a head kick with three power hooks that backed Kasanganay up against the cage. Kasanganay broke free from the clinch and the fighters traded strikes until Buckley landed a big one-two. He took Kasanganay down and struck from the top until Kasanganay battled back up to his feet. Buckley kept the pressure on with powerful left and right hands. Kasanganay answered back with a right hook and he followed with another right hand in the final seconds. 10-9 Buckley.

Round 2:
Buckley pressed the action with a series of left hands in the second round and Kasanganay landed a leg kick in return. Both men landed knees and Buckley cracked Kasanganay with a hard one-two. Kasanganay caught a kick, but Byckley pulled his leg free and simultaneously jumped into an incredible spinning back kick that landed to the jaw of Kasanganay, who fell unconscious to the mat. Sensational KO of the Year contender for Buckley.

Winner: Joaquin Buckley by KO (Spinning Back Kick) at 2:03 of round two. He improves to 11-3-0.

 

Tony “PrimeTime” Kelley vs Ali “The Royal Fighter” AlQaisi

Round 1:
AlQaisi caught a kick and dumped Kelley to the mat in the opening minute. Kelley countered with a triangle choke from the bottom, but AlQaisi escaped almost immediately and he threw knees to Kelley’s body as Kelley got to his knees. AlQaisi continued to strike until Kelley scrambled and AlQaisi used the opportunity to pull guard with an arm-in guillotine choke. Kelley stayed calm and freed himself. A scramble followed and Kelley wound up on the bottom, but he trapped AlQaisi in a modified triangle armbar. Kelley fully extended AlQaisi’s right arm shortly before the bell, but AlQaisi refused to submit. Back-and-forth round. 10-9 AlQaisi despite the late submission attempt.

Round 2:
The second round began with an exchange of leg kicks and Kelley connected with an overhand right. AlQaisi countered a leg kick with a takedown attempt. Kelley remained on his feet and he escaped from a guillotine choke. A big knee rocked AlQaisi and Kelley followed with more knees in a clinch. He reversed a throw attempt into top position and landed punches and an elbow from mount. AlQaisi squirmed free and got back to his feet, and he took Kelley down into side control. Kelley regained full guard and looked for another triangle choke from his back. Kelley tried to stand up before the bell and AlQaisi held on to a guillotine choke. 10-9 Kelley.

Round 3:
Punches were exchanged right away in the final round and AlQaisi took Kelley down. Kelley got back to his feet and he rocked AlQaisi again with a knee. AlQaisi staggered backward and Kelley landed punches and knees before pushing AlQaisi down to the mat. Kelley looked to set up an Anaconda Choke, but he let it go as the fighters returned to their feet. AlQaisi landed a one-two and a body kick, then followed with two leg kicks and a takedown attempt. Kelley stuffed it and he landed a body kick, but AlQaisi cracked him with a spinning backfist. Kelley briefly lost his balance, but he recovered and the fighters clinched. Kelley landed a kick to the groin on the break and time was called. Action resumed and Kelley landed a jumping switch knee to the body. He followed with a straight right hand and shrugged off an AlQaisi takedown attempt. 10-9 Kelley.

Winner: Tony Kelley by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 7-2-0.

 

Giga “Ninja” Chikadze vs Omar Antonio Morales Ferrer

Round 1:
Chikadze started quickly with two hard leg kicks and a right hook as Morales pressed forward with a combination. Chikadze lunged forward with a right-left combo and a body kick, but Morales responded with an overhand right that backed him up momentarily. Chikadze scored with a straight left hand and he followed with two body kicks and an overhand left. Morales clinched with him against the cage, but Chikadze shook him off and attacked with another hard leg kick. In the final minute, Chikadze landed more left hands and a body kick, and he attempted a head kick shortly before the bell. 10-9 Chikadze.

Round 2:
The second round began with Chikadze landing more left hands, but Morales reversed a throw attempted and he held top position on the ground. Chikadze returned to his feet and landed a body kick. The fighters traded leg kicks and a significant amount of swelling formed on Morales’s left leg. Chikadze followed up on a body kick with two overhand punches. Morales began to chase after him and both men landed right hands. Another exchange of power punches followed and Morales landed a kick to Chikadze’s left arm. Chikadze fired back with leg and body kicks late in the round. 10-9 Chikadze.

Round 3:
Both men landed leg kicks early in the final round and Morales charged forward before attempting to clinch with Chikadze against the cage. Chikadze broke free and both men landed overhand punches. Chikadze followed with a hard body kick and two stiff jabs, followed by a left hook that snapped Morales’s head back. Seconds later, Chikadze floored Morales with an overhand right and he dove in with more punches on the ground. Morales survived and rose to his feet as Chikadze landed another body kick and a right hand. With 30 seconds to go, Chikadze just missed with an axe kick and Morales cracked him with two power punches. Chikadze missed with a rolling thunder kick and wound up on the ground with Morales landing hammerfists to his face until the bell. 10-9 Chikadze. Could be a 10-8.

Winner: Giga Chikadze by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. He improves to 11-2-0.

 

Tracy Cortez vs Stephanie Egger

Round 1:
Egger landed a nice right hand in the opening minute and Cortez answered back with a leg kick. After a brief clinch, Cortez knocked Egger down with a right hook. Egger quickly stood up and Cortez secured a takedown into Egger’s guard. As Cortez struck from the top, Egger attempted an armbar and an omoplata that led to a scramble. Cortez took Egger’s back and she trapped her in a body triangle. Egger eventually spun free and she returned to her feet. Late in the round, Egger tried to throw Cortez to the mat, but Cortez reversed and wound up on top. 10-9 Cortez.

Round 2:
Cortez ducked under a right hand from Egger and took her down into half-guard. She landed punches from the top and looked to set up a Brabo choke. Egger spun free and hunted for a heel hook momentarily. Cortez postured up with punches and stood over Egger, but that provided Egger with an opportunity to land a vicious upkick that stunned Cortez. Egger hopped on her back, but Cortez recovered and shook her off. Cortez once again struck from top position and transitioned to Egger’s back. She secured another body triangle and worked for a rear-naked choke in the final seconds. 10-9 Cortez.

Round 3:
Cortez opened the final round with a body kick and a one-two, but Egger clinched and took her down. Cortez used the cage to get back to her feet and she reversed a throw from Egger into back control. Egger briefly stood up and Cortez slammed her back down. Cortez landed punches to the sides of Egger’s head and she remained on her back until the end of the fight. 10-9 Cortez.

Winner: Tracy Cortez by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) after three rounds. She improves to 8-1-0.

 

Tagir Ulanbekov vs Bruno “Bulldog” Silva

Round 1:
Silva opened the action with leg kicks and Ulanbekov responded with a calf kick. The fighters traded punching flurries and Silva continued to attack Ulanbekov’s lead leg. He followed with two more leg kicks, a big overhand right and a spinning backfist. A scramble followed and Ulanbekov got Siva down on his second try. Silva battled back up to his feet and Ulanbekov landed a knee to the body before backing away. Silva landed another leg kick and he avoided a takedown attempt. Both men landed punches at the bell. 10-9 Silva.

Round 2:
Ulanbekov opened a cut beside Silva’s right eye with an early hook in the second round and he countered leg kicks from Silva with right hands and one-twos. Ulanbekov took Silva down and he landed left hands after passing to half-guard. A bloodied Silva scrambled up and Ulanbekov took him down again. He attempted to jump into an armbar as Silva stood again, but Silva shook him off and the fight returned to the feet. Ulanbekov secured a third takedown and Silva threw elbows to the side of his head. Silva rose to his feet and he dumped Ulanbekov to the mat in the final seconds. 10-9 Ulanbekov.

Round 3:
The final round began with Silva landing leg kicks and Ulanbekov fired back with a combination. Big punches were exchanged and Silva sprawled out to defend against a takedown attempt. He stuffed another takedown and pushed Ulanbekov to the mat after landing a leg kick to his damaged calf. Ulanbekov rose to his feet and Silva flurried to the body in a clinch. Ulanbekov scored a takedown against the base of the cage, but he could not keep Silva down for long. Silva reversed a second takedown and he briefly held top control. The fighters stood and Silva landed short uppercuts in a clinch. He teed off with looping hooks before the bell and landed some hard shots, but Ulanbekov returned fire with two power punches of his own. Close final round. 10-9 Ulanbekov.
