Roman Dolidze vs Khadis Ibragimov

Round 1:
In the opening two minutes, occasional leg kicks were exchanged but neither man committed to any sustained offence. Dolidze avoided lunging punches from Ibragimov and he continued to kick his lead leg. Dolidze fell after throwing an axe kick and Ibragimov kicked at his legs on the ground. Referee Herb Dean stood the fighters up and Dolidze floored Ibragimov with a massive knee. Ibragimov fell to his knees, badly hurt, and Dolidze landed a series of punches until the fight was stopped.

Winner: Roman Dolidze by KO (Knee & Punches) at 4:15 of round one. He improves to 7-0-0.

 

Grant “KGD” Dawson vs Nad “Smiler” Narimani

Round 1:
Dawson opened the action with hard leg kicks and Narimani responded with a lunging one-two. More leg kicks landed for Dawson and he caught Narimani rushing in with a jumping knee. Dawson took Narimani down and he landed elbows and short punches from the top in Narimani’s half-guard. Narimani eventually regained full guard, but Dawson continued to strikes from the top and he passed to mount and then to Narimani’s back. Dawson threatened with rear-naked choke attempts and Narimani defedned until the bell. 10-9 Dawson.

Round 2:
After landing an early knee and a grazing head kick, Dawson took Narimani back down in round two and he struck with left hands from Narimani’s half-guard. He cut Narimani with an elbow and took his back soon after. Dawson attempted rear-naked chokes throughout the remainder of the round and Narimani defended. 10-9 Dawson. Could be a 10-8.

Round 3:
Narimani struck from a distance in the final round and he landed two overhand rights. Dawson attacked his lead leg with more kicks and mixed in a knee. He was unable to take Narimani down, but chopped away at his leg and body with kicks. Dawson countered a right hand from Narimani with a jumping knee and he pressed forward with two kicks to Narimani’s body. Dawson continued to attack with kicks until Narimani landed his best punch of the fight, a big right hook. Dawson switched stances and continued to attack Narimani’s left leg and ribs with kicks. Narimani fought off a takedown and he landed another hard right hand before the end of the round. 10-9 Dawson.

Winner: Grant Dawson by Unanimous Decision (30-26, 30-27, 29-27) after three rounds. He improves to 16-1-0.

 

Joel “El Fenomeno” Alvarez vs “Irish” Joe Duffy

Round 1:
Duffy began the fight with side kicks to the body and chopping kicks to Alvarez’s lead leg. Alvarez responded with a combination and Duffy landed another leg kick that nearly dropped Alvarez. The fighters traded kicks to each other’s legs and Duffy landed an overhand right. He followed with another one and took Alvarez down, but Alvarez trapped him in a tight guillotine choke. Duffy had nowhere to go and tapped out.

Winner: Joel Alvarez by Submission (Guillotine Choke) at 2:25 of round one. He improves to 17-2-0.

 

Brett “The Pikey” Johns vs Montel “Quik” Jackson

Round 1:
The fight began with an exchange of leg kicks and Jackson landed a nice left cross. Johns clinched and Jackson reversed a takedown into top position. He landed a hard elbow and John scrambled up to his feet. He dumped Jackson to the mat and Jackson quickly stood back up. Again, Jackson battled his way back to a standing position after being taken down, and he floored Johns with a hard left hand on the break. Jackson dove in with more punches on the ground as Johns recovered. More punches landed for Jackson and he avoided a late-round armbar from Johns. 10-9 Jackson.

Round 2:
Johns clinched and worked for a takedown throughout the first two minutes of the second round. Jackson defended well each time, and he landed an elbow before separating from the clinch. Jackson landed leg kicks and shrugged off one takedown attempt, but Johns got him down on his second try. He moved to back control and secured a body triangle while working for a rear-naked choke. Jackson eventually turned into Johns’s guard and Johns secured a triangle choke. Jackson powered out of it with seconds to go in the round and threw elbows from the top. 10-9 Johns.

Round 3:
Jackson pawed out with jabs and followed with a one-two in the final round. Johns held him against the cage and he eventually managed to drag Jackson down. Jackson stood and landed a hard knee, but he was taken down once more. Jackson returned to his feet again and he circled away from Johns. The fighters clinched in the middle of the cage and Johns countered an uppercut with a short hook. He got Jackson down into side control and nearly took his back. Jackson stood up and Johns pulled guard with a guillotine choke. Jackson rolled forward and then spun to his side to escape from the choke, and the round ended with a clinch battle against the cage. 10-9 Johns.

Winner: Brett Johns by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 17-2-0.

 

Amir “The Prince” Albazi vs Malcolm “X” Gordon

Round 1:
Gordon landed a leg kick to begin the fight and Albazi responded with an overhand right and a combination. He flurried with more punches and followed with kicks to Gordon’s lead leg and body. Albazi took Gordon down and struck from the top. Gordon kicked him off and tried to stand up, but Albazi dove on him and kept Gordon pinned down in half-guard. He took Gordon’s back in a scramble and looked to set up a rear-naked choke. Gordon escaped into Albazi’s guard, but Albazi immediately trapped him in a triangle choke. Gordon held on momentarily before tapping out.

Winner: Amir Albazi by Submission (Triangle Choke) at 4:42 of round one. He improves to 13-1-0.

 

Arman Tsarukyan vs Davi “The Tasmanian Devil” Ramos

Round 1:
Ramos countered a Tsarukyan leg kick with a hard right hand early on, but Tsarukyan landed leg kicks and a spinning backfist before reversing a takedown. He punched from the top and Ramos looked to set up a submission from his back. Tsarukyan continued to land short punches until Ramos kicked him off and the fighters stood. Neither fighter landed anything substantial in the final seconds. 10-9 Tsarukyan.

Round 2:
Tsarukyan landed a hard left hook to the body in the second round and Ramos responded with punch-kick combos. Both men landed right hooks and Tsarukyan countered a one-two with a spinning backfist. He took Ramos down and Ramos used a leglock attempt to get back up to his feet. The fighters traded punches and Tsarukyan scored with a hard jab. He stayed on the outside and landed single kicks and punches, then shot in for a takedown. Ramos defended well, and he landed two right hooks while balancing on one foot, but Tsarukyan threw a grazing head kick before the bell. 10-9 Tsarukyan.

Round 3:
Big punches were exchanged early in round three and Tsarukyan scored with left and right hooks. He wobbled Ramos with a lead left hook and followed with a head kick as Ramos backed away. As the round progressed, Tsarukyan continued to outstrike Ramos with punching combinations and he opened cuts beside both of Ramos’s eyes. More punches and a spinning back kick landed for Tsarukyan, and time was called to check on Ramos’s cuts. The fight continued and Ramos punched his way into a clinch. He jumped into a guillotine choke attempt and Tsarukyan took him down. He escaped from the choke and stood up shortly before the final bell. 10-9 Tsarukyan.

Winner: Arman Tsarukyan by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) after three rounds. He improves to 15-2-0.

 

Sergey “The Polar Bear” Spivak vs Carlos “Boi” Felipe

Round 1:
Felipe opened the action with left-right combos to the head and body. Spivak snapped his head back with a jab and the fighters traded combinations. Spivak landed a quick flurry and a knee to Felipe’s face. More hooks and an uppercut landed for Spivak and Felipe punched to the body. Spivak used his jab to set up looping hooks over the top of Felipe’s guard. 10-9 Spivak.

Round 2:
Spivak jabbed early in round two and Felipe attacked with a left hook to the liver. He followed with punches over the top and both men landed big right hands. Felipe stuffed a takedown and Spivak landed an elbow on the break. He held Felipe against the fence again and Felipe fought his way free. Spivak landed an elbow and a hard kick to the body. Felipe responded with another left hook to the liver and Spivak landed a body kick. Felipe walked him down with overhand rights in the final seconds. 10-9 Felipe.

Round 3:
Spivak took Felipe down right away in the final round and he landed punches to the side of Felipe’s head from a partial back control. Felipe briefly stood and Spivak slammed him down again. He landed right hands and elbows to Felipe’s face until Felipe stood up. Spivak dumped him to the mat again and passed to mount. He landed punches and hammerfists, then looked for a rear-naked choke when Felipe turned his back. Spivak continued to batter Felipe with punches and Felipe got back to half-guard. Spivak threw left hands until the end of the fight. 10-8 Spivak.

Winner: Sergey Spivak by Majority Decision (29-27, 29-27, 28-28) after three rounds. He improves to 11-2-0.
